Death Note is a Japanese manga series written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. It was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazineWeekly Shōnen Jump from December 2003 to May 2006, with its chapters collected in 12 tankōbon volumes. The story follows Light Yagami, a genius high school student who discovers a mysterious notebook: the "Death Note", which belonged to the shinigami Ryuk, and grants the user the supernatural ability to kill anyone whose name is written in its pages. The series centers around Light's subsequent attempts to use the Death Note to carry out a worldwide massacre of individuals whom he deems immoral and to create a crime-free society, using the alias of a god-like vigilante named "Kira", and the subsequent efforts of an elite Japanese police task force, led by enigmatic detective L, to apprehend him.
Yoshihisa Hirano is a Japanese composer and arranger. He is best known for composing the scores for anime series, such as Death Note, Hunter × Hunter (2011), and Edens Zero. He has also made the orchestration for video games, mostly in the Final Fantasy franchise. He has a very colorful and distinct musical style that combines impressionism and atonal music. He employs techniques such as polyrhythm, tone clusters, polytonality, brass glissandi and polymodal chromaticism to create unique musical textures.
Misa Amane is a fictional character in the manga series Death Note, created by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. A famous model, Misa seeks out Kira as she supports his cause to "cleanse the world of evil". Using her own Death Note, a notebook that allows its owner to kill anyone simply by knowing their name and face that she received from the Shinigami Rem, Misa does everything she can to aid Light.

Real Drive is an anime TV series created by Production I.G and Masamune Shirow under the directorship of Kazuhiro Furuhashi, produced in collaboration with broadcaster Nippon Television (NTV). The series revolves around an information network known as "The Metal", and the series centers on Masamichi Haru, a paraplegic old man who was in a coma for 50 years after a test dive using Meta-Real technology went horribly wrong. After awakening from his coma, he starts searching for the "answer in the sea".

The film is the second in a series of live-action Japanese films released in 2006 based on the Death Note manga and anime series by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. The film primarily centers on a university student named: Light Yagami, who decides to rid the world of the crime element with the help of an otherworldly notebook that kills anyone whose name is written in it, under the alias of a controversial serial-killer/vigilante: "Kira", while evading capture from a Tokyo police task-force, led by an enigmatic and highly-intelligent criminal profiler: "L", who is determined to find and apprehend Light. The film was produced by Nippon Television, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures Japan. It was licensed by VIZ Pictures. A spin-off, L: Change the World, was released in 2008. A sequel, Death Note: Light Up the New World, was released in 2016.
Hideki Taniuchi is a Japanese composer and arranger from Hokkaido. He is best known for composing music for the Death Note,Real Drive,Akagi and Kaiji anime TV series. He also composed music used in the anime Aoi Bungaku and the "Heian Arc" of the anime Otogi Zoshi. In addition, he performed opening theme songs for Hajime no Ippo as a guitarist in the rock band Shocking Lemon.

It premiered in Japan on October 29, 2016, by Warner Bros. It was later released on Philippines on March 15, 2017.

The fourth and final season of the Attack on Titan anime television series, titled Attack on Titan: The Final Season, was produced by MAPPA, chief directed by Jun Shishido, and directed by Yuichiro Hayashi, replacing Tetsurō Araki and Masashi Koizuka, respectively. Scriptwriter Hiroshi Seko fully took over the series composition from Yasuko Kobayashi, and Tomohiro Kishi replaced Kyōji Asano as character designer due to the series switching production studios. Hana no Furu Gogo is a 1989 film based on the 1988 novel of the same name by Teru Miyamoto. The film stars Yūko Kotegawa, Masahiro Takashima, and Junko Sakurada; with Shigeru Muroi, Akiji Kobayashi, Miyoko Akaza, Kaku Takashina, Eriko Tamura, Susumu Kurobe, Masato Furuoya, and Tatsuo Umemiya playing supporting roles. Kotegawa plays Noriko Kai, a 37-year-old widow who runs her late husband's restaurant Avignon. She meets and falls in love with 27-year-old painter Masamichi Takami, played by Takashima, while trying to save her restaurant Avignon from Yukio and Misa Araki.
