Derrick Kosinski (born August 17, 1983) is an American reality television personality, actor, and professional wrestler. known for his appearances on MTV's Road Rules: X-Treme , The Challenge and Hyenas. [1] [2] [3] [4]
Kosinski was born and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He went to Maine East high school in Chicago. Kosinski also attended Oakton Community College. He played men's basketball in the Oakton College from 2002-2003. [5] Later he applied to be a part of reality TV show and got accepted. [6] He started his television career in 2004 when he was cast on Road Rules: X-Treme . In 2023, Kosinski made his debut in wrestling and joined Boca Raton Championship Wrestling along with Mark Long. Kosinski is married to Nicole Gruman [8] [9] since July 22, 2022. They have a son, born on May 12, 2024.[ citation needed ]
Road Rules is an MTV reality show that was a sister show of the network's flagship reality show, The Real World. The series debuted on July 19, 1995, and ended on May 9, 2007. This allowed Road Rules a total of 14 seasons and 12 years on the air.
The Challenge is a reality competition show on MTV that is a spin-off of two of the network's reality shows, The Real World and Road Rules. Road Rules: X-Treme is the thirteenth season of the MTV reality television series Road Rules, which takes a group of young people and places them on a series of quests and challenges to compete for prizes. X-Treme took place in South America, in Argentina and Chile. It was the first and only Road Rules season to have a dog to be credited as part of the cast.
