It stars Jimmy Sheirgill and Neeru Bajwa. Pop singer Gippy Grewal made his acting debut with the film. Amar Noorie, Sunita Dhir and Shavinder Mahal also make appearances.

Jatt & Juliet 2 is a 2013 Indian Punjabi romance comedy film directed by Anurag Singh. The film is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster Jatt & Juliet, however not directly or story-wise. Actors Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa reprise their roles from the previous film in the sequel amongst other characters. The film released on 28 June 2013, almost a year after the release of the prequel, and received a positive response at the box office. Jatt & Juliet 2 went on to become the highest-grossing Punjabi film ever, thus beating the record previously held by the first Jatt & Juliet film. Jatt and Juliet 2 is the first ever Punjabi movie to be released on Blu-ray. The movie was remade in Bengali in 2018 as Inspector Notty K.
Sonampreet Bajwa, better known as Sonam Bajwa, is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Punjabi films. After participating in the 2012 Femina Miss India contest, Bajwa made her acting debut with the Punjabi film Best Of Luck (2013) and made her Tamil film debut with Kappal. Bajwa is a recipient of one PTC Punjabi Film Award.
Sardaarji is a 2015 Indian Punjabi fantasy horror film and comedy film directed by Rohit Jugraj, and starring Diljit Dosanjh, Mandy Takhar and Neeru Bajwa in lead roles. The trailer of the film was released on 18 May 2015. Sardaar Ji is one of the first fantasy films to be made in Punjabi cinema. It released on 26 June 2015, and had the biggest opening ever for a Punjabi film in Punjab.
Sardaar Ji 2 is a 2016 Punjabi action comedy film starring Diljit Dosanjh in a triple role alongside Monica Gill, and Sonam Bajwa in lead roles and directed by Rohit Jugraj Chauhan The film was released on 24 June 2016. It is a standalone sequel to the 2015 film Sardaar Ji. On release, the film received mixed reviews, unlike the prequel which received positive reviews. The film grossed less than its prequel and was declared average at Box-Office.
Ambarsariya is an Indian Punjabi comedy thriller film directed by Mandeep Kumar, written by Dheeraj Rattan and starring Diljit Dosanjh, Monica Gill, Navneet Kaur Dhillon, Lauren Gottlieb as the main cast of the film and was released worldwide on 25 March 2016. The movie was remade in Odia in 2018 as Prem Kumar: Salesman of the Year.

Manmord Sidhu, is an Indo-Canadian film producer, director, and distributor who is primarily known for his work in Punjabi films. Manmord Sidhu was 20 when he moved to Vancouver with his family. There he enrolled in Vancouver Film School. Sidhu made his directorial debut with the blockbuster Best of Luck.
Prince Kanwaljit Singh, commonly known as Prince K.J Singh, is an Indian film actor, dialogue writer, and director. He is known for his works in Punjabi cinema. Prince became well-known after receiving plaudits for his performance in the web series Warning.
