Additionally, the Miss Puerto Rico Scholarship Organization selects the representative for Miss America.

Miss Earth Indonesia is a discontinued beauty pageant from Indonesia that selected Indonesian representative in the Miss Earth pageant. The Miss Earth Indonesia competition was abolished in 2021 because of El John Pageant lost the franchise of Miss Earth and rebranded the pageant with Putri Bumi Indonesia From 2022, the licenseholder of Miss Earth pageant is PT. Mahakarya Duta Pesona Indonesia and make a new pageant named Putri Nusantara which Miss Earth Indonesia is selected as one of the winner from that pageant.
Miss International 2013, the 53rd Miss International pageant, was held on December 17, 2013 at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Alejandra Andreu, Miss International 2008, crowned Bea Santiago of the Philippines at the end of the event. This was the second consecutive year Japan hosted the pageant.

Miss & Mister Deaf World (MMDW) is an international beauty pageant which crowns young deaf women "Miss Deaf World" and young deaf men "Mister Deaf World" every year, usually in Prague, in the Czech Republic.
Rahma Landy Sjahruddin popularly known as Rahma Landy is an Indonesian-Irish actress, TV presenter, dentist, fashion model and a beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2006. She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2007 pageant in Japan, where she placed as the Top 15 semi-finalist, became the third Indonesian to be called as Miss International Finalists after Treesye Ratri Nugraheni Astuti who placed for the first time in Miss International 1976 and Indri Hapsari Suharto who won 2nd Runner-up in respective Miss International 1977.
Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia that currently selects the representatives of Indonesia in seven international beauty pageants namely Miss Grand International, Miss Face of Humanity, Miss Eco International, Reina Hispanoamericana, World Top Model, Reina Internacional del Cacao, and Miss Aura International. The current titleholder is Ritassya Wellgreat from South Sumatra as Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023, she represented Indonesia at Miss Grand International 2023 when she finished as 5th runner-up.
Indri Hapsari Soeharto is an Indonesian actress, psychiatrist, pasindhèn singer, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the title Putri Indonesia 1997. She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 1977 in Japan, where she was placed 2nd runner-up. After Tresyee Ratri Nugraheni Astuti, who previously placed in the top 15 at the Miss International for the first time in 1976, Soeharto became the second Indonesian in history to be a Miss International finalists.
