Dinganglung Gangmei also known as Dipu Gangmei is an Indian bureaucrat turned politician. He has earlier served as an IAS Officer before taking voluntary retirement to contest election in January 2022. He was elected to the Manipur Legislative Assembly from Nungba in 2022 Manipur Legislative Assembly election defeating Six time MLA and CWC member Gaikhangam. [1] [2] [3] On April 11,2022 he was elected as the Chairman of Hill Area Committee of the Manipur Legislative Assembly.
