The Diocese of Cascadia is a founding diocese of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), created in June 2009. It encompasses 25 congregations. [2] The name Cascadia was chosen because the Cascade Range is a prominent geographical feature of the region. [3]
The diocese encompasses the states of Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. The state with most congregations is Washington, with 17, followed by Oregon, with 5, and Alaska, with one. The main church was St. Brendan's Anglican Church in Bellingham, Washington, until the move of St. Charles Anglican Church to Bremerton, Washington, which was consecrated as the diocesan cathedral on 2 March 2019. The new diocese was formed by eight congregations, St. Barnabas (Shoreline), St. Paul's (Seattle), St. Brendan's (Bellingham), St. Charles (Poulsbo), St. Stephen's (Oak Harbor), St. Ursula's (Sultan), and Trinity (Mt. Vernon), with a new church, Resurrection, being started at Fircrest, near Tacoma in Western Washington. The Diocese of Cascadia first Synod took place on March 7, 2009, in St. Barnabas Anglican Church. On the same occasion, Richard Boyce, a bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church, was elected as their first Vicar General.
Bishop Boyce stated that "We are committing to unite as congregations whose dynamic worship and discipleship in the Word, in prayer and service nurtures faithful Christians who can reach out to others who are spiritually starving". Boyce noted that the formation of the new diocese will allow congregations to still retain membership with existing jurisdictions during this period. Fr. Kevin Bond Allen, rector of St. Brendan's, was elected president of the Diocesan Council. He stated that "We are not called to belong to a new organization or institution, but to be part of a great mission empowered by the Holy Spirit to make disciples of all people. Our clergy are now collegial pastors of our Lord Jesus Christ, who can pray for, care for and support one another in our ministry together. Our lay members can now share their ministries with our brothers and sisters throughout the Pacific Northwest and know they will always have a worship home away from home in their travels."
Kevin Allen was consecrated the first bishop of the Diocese of Cascadia by Robert Duncan (as archbishop of the ACNA) on September 30, 2011, in Seattle, Washington. [6]

The Episcopal Diocese of Georgia, USA is one of 20 dioceses that comprise Province IV of the US Episcopal Church, and is a diocese within the worldwide Anglican Communion. The current bishop is Frank S. Logue, who succeeded Scott Anson Benhase on May 30, 2020, when he was consecrated 11th bishop of Georgia at a service held in Christ Church in Savannah, Georgia.

The Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic is an Anglican Church in North America diocese, encompassing Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and northeastern North Carolina, with 38 congregations, including several church plantings. The diocese was originally organized in 2006 as the Anglican District of Virginia when a group of Virginian congregations withdrew from the Episcopal Church. It achieved diocesan status on June 21, 2011.

Kevin Bond Allen is an American Anglican bishop. From 2011 to 2024, he was the first bishop of the Diocese of Cascadia in the Anglican Church in North America. Earlier in his career, as an Episcopal priest, he was a key figure in the Anglican realignment in the Pacific Northwest.
Julian M. Dobbs is a New Zealand-born American bishop. He serves as the diocesan bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word (ADLW), a jurisdiction of the Anglican Church in North America. Dobbs' ministry as a bishop includes overseeing congregations and clergy of the diocese. He became a naturalized citizen of the United States on February 7, 2014.
The Diocese of Western Anglicans is an Anglican Church in North America founding diocese. It has 36 congregations in the American states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming. Its headquarters are located in Long Beach, California, and its first bishop was the Right Rev. William "Bill" Thompson, who resigned in 2014. He was succeeded as Vicar General by the Right Rev. Frank Lyons in June 2014.
The Anglican Diocese of the Living Word, formerly the Missionary Diocese of CANA East, is a diocese of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). It was one of the four missionary dioceses of the Convocation of Anglicans in North America, a dual church body of the ACNA and the Church of Nigeria. It is officially a full member diocese of ACNA since June 2013. It comprises 42 congregations in 19 American states, with congregations as far as California and Florida but with most concentrated in the northeastern and mid-Atlantic regions. The diocese is divided into nine archdeaconries: Central New York, the Chesapeake, Long Island, the Mid-Atlantic, the Northeast, northeastern New York, the Ohio Valley, the South and the Midwest. The diocese also sponsors a mission in Haiti that includes nine additional congregations. The diocesan office is located at McLean, Virginia. The diocese also includes two affiliated religious communities: the Franciscan Brothers of Bucksport and the Community of St. Mary (East) in New York.
The Anglican Diocese of All Nations is a diocese of the Anglican Church in North America and formerly of the Church of Nigeria North American Mission. It was one of the four missionary dioceses of the Convocation of Anglicans in North America, which was founded in 2005. As such, it had a dual church body of the ACNA and the Church of Nigeria in the United States, until May 2019.
The Diocese of Churches for the Sake of Others (C4SO) is a non-geographical diocese of the Anglican Church in North America. Formed as a diocese in 2013, C4SO originated as the West Coast church planting initiative in the Anglican Mission in the Americas but today has member churches across the United States. Founded by Todd Hunter, who was a leader in the North American Pentecostal movement before he became Anglican, the C4SO diocese embodies charismatic and "post-evangelical" streams within the Anglican tradition. By attendance and membership, the diocese is one of the largest in the ACNA.
St. Charles Anglican Cathedral is the cathedral of the Anglican Church in North America's Diocese of Cascadia. Founded in Poulsbo, Washington, in 1966, the congregation left the Episcopal Church as part of the Anglican realignment and eventually moved to its current location near Bremerton, Washington, in central Kitsap County. The cathedral's patron is Charles Lwanga, one of the Ugandan martyrs.
John Mark Zimmerman is an American Anglican bishop. He was the first diocesan bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the Southwest, which has jurisdiction in west Texas, New Mexico and Mexico in the Anglican Church in North America.
Milton Keith Andrews is an American Anglican bishop. He is currently serving as the second bishop of the Diocese of Western Anglicans in the Anglican Church in North America. Ordained in the Episcopal Church, he was the rector of a congregation that split during the Anglican realignment.
Felix Clarence Orji is a Nigerian-born American Anglican bishop. A former Episcopal priest who left the Episcopal Church as part of the Anglican realignment, Orji was consecrated a bishop in Nigeria in 2011 to serve the Convocation of Anglicans in North America. Since 2013, he has been the diocesan bishop of the Anglican Diocese of All Nations, which was a dual member of both the Church of Nigeria and the Anglican Church in North America from 2013 to 2019, a member of the Church of Nigeria North American Mission from 2019 to 2022, and a sole member of the ACNA since 2022.
