Owen Richard Farrow, [1] known professionally as Divina de Campo, is an English drag queen, singer, and actor, best known for competing in the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK , eventually finishing as runner-up.
Growing up, Farrow struggled with their sexuality and had difficulties at school. [2] After finishing their university degree, they met their husband who encouraged them to do drag. [2]
Farrow started drag in 2005. [3] Their drag name is Italian for Divine, whom de Campo cites as huge inspiration to them. [4] They regularly performed at Kiki in Manchester's Gay Village, before it closed in 2020. [5]
In January 2016, de Campo appeared on The Voice , auditioning with the song "Poor Wandering One" from The Pirates of Penzance , one of the judges being her idol Boy George. [5] Despite none of the judges turning their chairs for de Campo's performance, George later expressed regret for not picking de Campo. [6] In December 2016, de Campo starred in The Ruby Slippers, a play that explores issues of identity and prejudice in the LGBT community. [7]
In 2017, de Campo was a part of a campaign to support the George House Trust, a charity supporting people living with HIV. [8] In December 2017, de Campo hosted Superbia's Drag Queen Story Time, in which she read stories to young children. [9] In 2018, de Campo was featured as a judge on All Together Now . In February 2018, she starred in a production of Dancing Bear, a musical that explores faith, sexuality and gender identity. [10]
On 21 August 2019, de Campo was announced as one of the 10 queens to be competing in the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK . [11] From November to December 2019, de Campo toured the UK alongside the cast of series one of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, hosted by Drag Race alum Alyssa Edwards. [12] De Campo won three challenges and finished as the first runner-up. In January 2020, de Campo attended the first ever RuPaul's DragCon UK. [13]
In 2020, de Campo headlined at Portsmouth Pride at Castle Field, Southsea. [14]
In March 2020, amid the coronavirus pandemic, de Campo was announced as a featured cast member for the very first Digital Drag Fest , an online drag festival for all ages, with attendees given opportunities to interact with the artists, tip them, and win prizes during the broadcast. [15] She returned the following year for the second annual Digital Drag Fest, in May 2021. [16] In May, they participated in Isolation Song Contest, representing Australia. [17]
In March 2021, de Campo appeared at Turn On Fest, a virtual Manchester-based LGBTQ performing arts festival. [18] In April, they made an appearance in Dukes Lancaster and the Lawrence Batley Theatre's digital revival of The Importance of Being Earnest . [19] In May, they were a featured performer at The Parking Lot Social Easter Panto, a drive-in show. [20]
Since, they have starred in the 2021/2022 UK Tour of the musical Chicago as Mary Sunshine. [21]
In May 2022, de Campo portrayed the voice of Popcorn Reilly in Alaska's Drag: The Musical , a studio recording of a planned stage production about two rival drag bars that go head-to-head while struggling through financial troubles. [22]
In October 2022, de Campo won Best Performance in a Musical at UK Theatre Awards for Hedwig and the Angry Inch , a Leeds Playhouse and HOME co-production. [23]
De Campo identifies as non-binary, and uses all pronouns. [24]

Nea Marshall Kudi Ngwa better known by his stage name BeBe Zahara Benet, is a Cameroonian-American drag performer, television personality, and musician best known for winning the first season of the reality-television drag competition RuPaul's Drag Race in 2009. In 2018, he returned as a surprise contestant for the third season of RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars, placing in the top four.
Airline Inthyrath, known by her stage name Jujubee, is an American drag queen, reality television personality, and recording artist from Lowell, Massachusetts. She first rose to prominence in 2010 as a contestant on the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race, and later returned to compete on the first and fifth seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, and the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World (2022), becoming one of the most popular queens from the franchise. She has the unique distinction of being the only contestant to reach the finale of the competition four times. Additionally, she was a main cast member on the makeover television series RuPaul's Drag U (2010–2012), Dragnificent (2019–2020), and RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race (2022). In 2021, she competed in the first season of Paramount+ singing competition Queen of the Universe.
Joshua Allen Eads, better known by the stage name Ginger Minj, is an American drag queen, actor, singer-songwriter, and reality television personality. After achieving recognition for placing as the runner-up on the seventh season of the reality television competition series RuPaul's Drag Race, Minj returned to compete on the second and sixth seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. Minj has acted in three Netflix productions—the comedy feature film Dumplin' (2018), the animated series Super Drags, and RuPaul's fictional series AJ and the Queen, and has acted in numerous theatrical productions. Minj appeared in the 2022 film Hocus Pocus 2, the sequel to Hocus Pocus. Minj has released three studio albums—Sweet T (2016), Gummy Bear (2021), and Double Wide Diva (2021).
Ongina is the stage name of Ryan Ong Palao, a Filipino-American drag performer and HIV activist who came to international attention on the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race and the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. Since appearing on the show, Ongina has been featured in a number of web series produced by World of Wonder, including Wait, What?, Ring My Bell, and Fashion Photo RuView. Ongina was one of the first reality TV stars to come out as HIV-positive.
RuPaul's Drag Race UK is a British reality competition television series based on the American television series of the same name. The television series, a collaboration between the BBC, World of Wonder and Gallowgate Productions, premiered on 3 October 2019. The show is the fourth installment of the Drag Race franchise, and the second fronted by RuPaul. The show documents RuPaul and a panel of judges' search for "the United Kingdom's next drag superstar", the first series title dubbed "UK's First Drag Superstar". RuPaul plays several roles on the show including host, mentor and head judge for the series, as the contestants are given different challenges to participate in each week. The show also employs a panel of judges: RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Alan Carr, and Graham Norton.
Silky Nutmeg Ganache is an American drag performer from Chicago, Illinois, who came to international attention in 2019 when she competed on the eleventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race finishing in third place, and later competed on the sixth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars in 2021. She has also been involved in numerous Drag Race spin-offs, including RuPaul's Drag Race: Vegas Revue (2020) and RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race (2022). She also competed in the first Canadian-based international All Stars spin-off series, Canada's Drag Race: Canada vs. the World in 2022, finishing as a runner-up.
Leo Loren, better known by the stage name Baga Chipz, is an English drag queen known for competing on the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK (2019) and later the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World (2022). Baga Chipz also appeared in the fifth series of the Channel 4 school drama series Ackley Bridge (2022).
Blu Hydrangea is the stage name of Joshua Cargill, a Northern Irish drag queen from Belfast who is known for competing on the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK (2019) and later winning the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World (2022).
Cheryl Hole is the stage name of Luke Underwood-Bleach, an English drag queen from Chelmsford in Essex who is known for being one of the first contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race UK (2019) and later the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World (2022). Cheryl's act is based on former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole.
Gothy Kendoll is the stage name of Samuel David Handley, a drag queen, DJ and OnlyFans creator from Leicester. He is best known for his appearances on the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, the first series of the MTV's Celeb Ex in the City, and the upcoming second series of RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs. the World. He released a single "Switch" in 2021.
James Lee Williams, better known by the stage name The Vivienne, is a Scouse drag queen, known for being appointed the first UK RuPaul's Drag Race ambassador in 2015, winning the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK in 2019, and later returning to compete in the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars in 2022. As part of her victory, she was awarded her own online television series, later titled The Vivienne Takes on Hollywood. The series premiered on 9 April 2020 on BBC Three and follows her trip to Hollywood to produce her own music video.
The first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK began airing on 3 October 2019 on the BBC Three section of BBC iPlayer and WOW Presents Plus's WOW Presents Plus streaming service. It ran for eight episodes.
"Break Up (Bye Bye)" is a song recorded by British drag girl group the Frock Destroyers for the Girl Group Battle Royale challenge during their stint on the first series of the reality television competition, RuPaul's Drag Race UK. During the episode the contestants had to create girl groups to participate in the challenge; there were two versions of the song released, the first being by Divina de Campo, Baga Chipz and Blu Hydrangea. The alternate version was released by Filth Harmony, consisting of Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne, Cheryl Hole and Crystal, however the latter did not chart. The song was released on 31 October 2019. The song was also included in the band's debut album, Frock4Life, which was released 11 December 2020. The song was primarily written by Leland, with De Campo, Chipzs and Hydrangea writing the lyrics for their individual verses.
Decoded is the debut EP by Divina de Campo. It was released by PEG Records on 29 November 2019. Divina de Campo is the stage name of Owen Farrow, a British drag performer who competed in the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK (2019). The EP consists of six songs, which were written by Tomas Costanza, Paul Coultrup, Farrow, and Ashley Levy. "A Drag Race Song" and "Gratify" were released as singles and received music videos as well as remixes. Decoded received positive reviews from music critics.

God Shave the Queens is a documentary streaming television series about the tour following each series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK. The show originally premiered internationally on 10 September 2020 on WOW Presents Plus internationally, and BBC iPlayer on 15 November 2020 in the United Kingdom.
Frock4Life is the debut studio album by the Frock Destroyers, released by World of Wonder Records on 11 December 2020. It includes "Break Up Bye Bye", which was performed by group members Baga Chipz, Blu Hydrangea and Divina de Campo as contestants on the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK. The song was a commercial success, peaking at number 35 on the UK Singles Chart and number 44 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, with it leading to the recording of the album. Leland served as executive producer and the main songwriter. "Her Majesty" and "Big Ben" served as singles for Frock4Life in 2020; the former also received a music video.

Pan Pan Narkprasert, known as Pangina Heals, is a Thai drag queen and judge on Drag Race Thailand, who later went on to compete on RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World (2022). She has been described as one of the most popular drag performers in Asia, and is often called the RuPaul of Thailand. Narkprasert founded the Bangkok drag venue, House of Heals.
Divina de Campo is the stage name of Owen Richard Farrow, who was born in Brighouse, but currently lives in Manchester, with their husband.
