Le Fil is the stage name of Philip Simon Li, a British artist, drag performer and singer-songwriter who competed on series 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race UK .
Le Fil is an artist, drag performer and singer. [3] The first time they performed as Le Fil was at their debut solo art exhibition "Pop Sculpture: The Filosophy of Making" [4] at Camberwell Space art gallery featuring their ceramic sculptures, drawings and live music performance. Le Fil's debut extended play (EP) Pop Sculpture was released in 2012. This was followed by the release of his second EP Nightlife in 2015 which was produced by Frankmusik. Nightlife had five singles which all received music videos, including the single "24/7". [5] The music video was filmed in Chinatown London.
Le Fil is a member of LGBTQ collective Sink The Pink and toured with Spice Girl Melanie C [6] and has appeared in British Vogue. [7]
Le Fil competed on series 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race UK . [8] Le Fil impersonated Marie Kondo on the Snatch Game challenge. They placed in the bottom two of the challenge, and became the seventh contestant eliminated after losing a lip sync against Black Peppa to "Stop" (1998) by the Spice Girls. Le Fil's five-track extended play (EP) Le Filosophical was released in 2022. [9] Their single "This Is My Culture" received a music video. [13] [14] In 2023, Le Fil released the single "Splash Zone". [15]

"Supermodel (You Better Work)" is a song by American dance music singer and drag queen RuPaul. It was released as a double A-sided single alongside "House of Love" in November 1992. The song served as the lead single from his debut major label album, Supermodel of the World. The song became a dance club anthem that, though particularly popular within the gay handbag house scene, found mainstream success. The song consists of RuPaul giving advice to a young black supermodel, and briefly several other models, largely consisting of "sashay, shantay!", "work, turn to the left", "work, now turn to the right", and "you better work". The music video for the song, featuring RuPaul in various outfits cavorting around town, became a staple on MTV. Singer Kurt Cobain of Nirvana cited the song as one of his favorites of 1993, and the two were photographed together at the MTV Video Music Awards that year.

Eureka rose to prominence competing on the ninth and tenth seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race. She was removed from the ninth season due to a knee injury, becoming the first contestant in the history of the show to be sent home due to injury; she was then given an automatic berth to season 10, where she placed as runner-up.
