Saki Yew is the stage name of Jeffrey Trinidad, [1] an Australian-born British drag performer who competed on the sixth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK .

Career

Drag performer Saki Yew competed on the sixth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK . She and fellow contestant Zahirah Zapanta were the show's first of Filipino descent. [2] Saki Yew left the competition in the second episode because of a knee injury, placing twelfth overall. [3] [4] [5]

Personal life

In addition to being of Filipino descent, Trinidad has Australian and Mancunian backgrounds. [6] He is from Melbourne and lives in Manchester. [7] [8] Trinidad uses the pronouns she/her in drag and he/him out of drag. [9]
