The COVID-19 pandemic was confirmed to have spread to the Indian state of the Punjab on 9 March 2020, when an Indian man returning from Italy was tested positive. As of 10 June 2020, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has confirmed a total of 2,805 cases, including 55 deaths and 2,232 recoveries in the Punjab.
