Starry Lee Wai-king, SBS, JP is a Hong Kong politician, chairperson of the largest pro-establishment Beijing-loyalist party, the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB). She is a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPCSC), Legislative Councillor for the Kowloon Central geographical constituency, and a Kowloon City District Councillor. From 2012 to 2016, she was a member of the Executive Council.

Charles Ho Tsu-kwok, GBM is a Hong Kong businessman who was the chairman of the Sing Tao News Corporation Limited between 2001 and 2021 and an independent non-executive director of Shun Tak Holdings. As a member of the pro-Beijing camp, Ho maintains good relations with the Chinese government, and is appointed as a National Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference representing Fujian, serving in that post since 1998. The Hong Kong Army Cadets Association, established on 18 January 2015, is a Hong Kong Uniformed Youth Group, it is connected with the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong. Established with the aims "To contribute the city and serve the Fatherland". The Hong Kong Army Cadets Association is a development of the Military Summer Camp For Hong Kong Youth scheme organised by Betty Tung Chiu Hung-ping, the wife of former Chief Executive of Hong Kong Tung Chee-hwa, and the core of the estimated 2000 strong membership is made up of attendees of the summer camps; the target membership of the Association is children and youths from the age of six upwards. Of the Hong Kong Uniformed Youth Groups, the Association is the only one to use People's Liberation Army military drill, and its uniforms, emblems and structure is based on that of the PLA.

Joseph Hsu King-shing also transliterated as Hsu King-Seng was a Chinese professional footballer and football manager. Born in Shanghai, Hsu moved to Hong Kong to continue his professional career and never returned to the mainland China to play nor coach. He coached both Hong Kong and Republic of China (Taiwan), as well as managed Singtao for more than a decade.

Ian Fok Chun-wan, SBS, JP is the Chief Executive of the Fok Ying Tung Foundation and the life honorary chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. He is the incumbent Hong Kong delegate to the National People's Congress.

The constituency is composed of Hong Kong deputies to the National People's Congress (NPC), members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), delegates of the All-China Women's Federation, executive members of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, committee members of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, committee members of the All-China Youth Federation, and directors of the China Overseas Friendship Association.

The election for the Hong Kong deputies to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) was held on 15 December 2022. 36 Hong Kong deputies were elected by an electoral college composed of 1,420 members.
