The track was written by Hamasaki herself, while production was handled by long-time collaborator Max Matsuura. Three versions of the recording have been made available—a ballad version arranged by Tsunku, an edited version with vocals by Tsunku, and a dance-influenced version included on Loveppears.

2AM is a South Korean boy band, that consists of Jo Kwon, Lee Chang-min, Lim Seul-ong and Jeong Jin-woon. The band was formed by JYP Entertainment through the Mnet documentary Hot Blood, which spawned the eleven-member boy band One Day; 2AM primarily perform ballad songs while their brother group 2PM performed more dance-focused music. With the addition of Changmin from Big Hit Entertainment, now known as Big Hit Music, the group was co-managed by JYP and Big Hit from 2008 to 2014. They officially debuted on July 11, 2008, on KBS' Music Bank, performing their debut single "This Song". The group also debuted in Japan with the single "Never Let You Go: Shindemo Hanasanai" in January 2012.

During her time as a major-label artist, Saori was produced by former artist Terukado Ōnishi, and she released two studio albums and two EPs that time: Japanese Chaos (2008), Wow War Techno (2009), World Wild 2010 (2010) and Domestic Domain (2011). After leaving D-topia in April 2012, Saori went on a two-year hiatus and returned in 2014 as Saoriiiii. On January 1, 2023, Saori announced that she has changed her stage name again to Saori Rinne.

This is Saori@destiny's current highest selling album.

Akishibu Project (アキシブproject) is a Japanese idol girl group. They aim to "bring the cultures of Shibuya and Akihabara together". The group was formed by a former member of BiS and there are currently eight active members. The group performs regularly at TwinBoxAkihabara, in addition to performing live concerts in and outside of Japan. The group performed in Thailand at Japan Expo 2016. Their single "Summer☆Summer/セツナツリ" reached the 9th place on the Weekly Oricon Singles Chart.

It was released as the fifth single from the album by Victor Entertainment and their subsidiary label Flying Dog on April 27, 2016. The lyrics were written by Yamada Toshiaki and the music was composed and produced by Swedish electronic dance musician Rasmus Faber. Musically, "Ai no Uta (Words of Love)" is an electronic dance song, influenced by four on the floor that features synthesizers and string arrangements in its instrumentation.
