Domitien Ndihokubwayo (born October 4,1966 in Ngozi Province) [1] is a Burundian politician CNDD-FDD who has been serving as the Minister of Finance in the governments of Prime Minister Alain-Guillaume Bunyoni since May 2016. [2] He succeeded Tabu Abdallah. [2]
Prior to this appointment,Ndihokubwayo was in charge of the Burundi Revenue Authority (OBR). [2]
In his capacity as minister,Ndihokubwayo has been serving as chair of the International Monetary Fund's African Caucus since 2021. [3]
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is a Nigerian-American economist,who has been serving as the Director-General of the World Trade Organization since March 2021. Notably,she is the first woman and first African to lead the World Trade Organization as Director-General.
