Alexander David Turner is an English musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known as the frontman and principal songwriter of the rock band Arctic Monkeys, with whom he has released six albums. He has also recorded with his side project The Last Shadow Puppets and as a solo artist.
Who the Fuck Are Arctic Monkeys? is the second EP by English rock band Arctic Monkeys, released on 24 April 2006 by Domino Recording Company. This is the band's final record to feature Andy Nicholson on bass, as he left the band a month after the EP's release.

The Rascals were an English rock band formed in Hoylake, Merseyside in 2007. Their debut album Rascalize, was released on 23 June 2008. Former lead singer Miles Kane has a second band, the Last Shadow Puppets, with Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys, in which he shares duties with Turner. In August 2009, it was announced that Miles Kane had left the Rascals to focus on a solo career.
The Last Shadow Puppets are an English supergroup consisting of Alex Turner, Miles Kane, James Ford, and Zach Dawes. The band released their debut album The Age of the Understatement in 2008. Following a lengthy hiatus, they returned, releasing second album Everything You've Come to Expect in 2016.
Miles Peter Kane is an English musician, best known as a solo artist and the co-frontman of the Last Shadow Puppets. He was also the former frontman of the Rascals, before the band announced their break-up in August 2009.
Humbug is the third studio album by English rock band Arctic Monkeys, first released on 19 August 2009 through the Domino Recording Company. The band started to write new material for the album towards the end of summer 2008, and finished it entirely in spring 2009. Like their previous release, Favourite Worst Nightmare (2007), Humbug was released first in Japan, followed by Australia, Brazil, Ireland and Germany, on 21 August 2009. It was then released in the UK on 24 August 2009, in the US the following day and in Greece on 31 August.
"Crying Lightning" is a song by the English indie rock band Arctic Monkeys, released as the first single from their third album Humbug. It was first played on Zane Lowe's show on BBC Radio 1 on 6 July 2009 and was then made available on iTunes to download the following day. Physical copies of the single were made available on 17 August, one week before the release of the album. The vinyl was made available in Oxfam shops and sold with a download code for fans to get a free MP3 version of the song.
"Cornerstone" is a song by the English indie rock band Arctic Monkeys, released as the second single from their third album Humbug. It was released on 16 November 2009. Like the previous single "Crying Lightning", the vinyl was made available in Oxfam shops. Alex Turner told Uncut magazine that he wrote this song, "one morning, quite quickly." He added: "There's something to be said for writing in the morning. At other points in the day you're a bit more defensive. I saw it as a challenge to write something in a major key, but that wasn't cheesy." It was originally written in the key of A major. In October 2013, it was sampled by the rapper Dom Kennedy for the song "Pleeze" on his album Get Home Safely.
"My Propeller" is a song by the English indie rock band Arctic Monkeys. It was released as the third single from the band's third studio album Humbug, as announced on 1 February 2010. Released on 22 March 2010, the single follows its two predecessors from Humbug, "Crying Lightning" and "Cornerstone", with the 10" vinyl being sold exclusively at Oxfam charity stores.

"Brick by Brick" is a song by Arctic Monkeys from the band's fourth album Suck It and See. The song was the first track to be revealed from the album, on 4 March 2011, and was designed as a teaser for the album rather than a lead single. The lead single was instead "Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair" which was released digitally on 12 April. A limited-edition white-label seven-inch vinyl version of "Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair" released on 16 April featured "Brick by Brick" as its B-side.

"One for the Road" is a song by English band Arctic Monkeys from their fifth studio album, AM. It was released on 9 December 2013 as the fourth single from the album. The single is available in the 7" vinyl format, and as a digital download, and features a B-side titled "You're So Dark". On 6 December 2013, Arctic Monkeys released the B-side's official audio track onto YouTube.
"Pretty Visitors" is a song by British band Arctic Monkeys, featured as the ninth song off of their 2009 album Humbug. It is noted for its organ intro and rapid-fire drums, as well as its enigmatic and quick-spoken lyrics. It was debuted on the Australia and New Zealand legs of the Humbug tour, where lead singer Alex Turner would play a Vox Super Continental Organ; these keyboard duties were then handed down to touring musician John Ashton for the remainder of the tour. The song has become a fan favorite and is frequently played during live performances. The song was originally intended to be the 3rd and final single released for the album, however was switched out for "My Propeller" shortly before release.

Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino Tour was the sixth headlining concert tour by English indie rock band Arctic Monkeys in support of their sixth studio album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino. The tour began on 2 May 2018 in San Diego, United States at The Observatory North Park and concluded on 7 April 2019 in Bogotá, Colombia at Estéreo Picnic Festival. This marks their first tour since AM Tour (2013–2014).
