Dorien Llewellyn (born May 16, 1996) is a Canadian water skier. Llewellyn was the Pan American Games Champion when he won gold in men's water skiing at the 2019 Pan Am Games in Lima. [2] He also owns 21 national water skiing titles to his name. [1] His father Jaret Llewellyn is an 11-time world champion, 12-time Pan American Games medalist, and owns a record 117 professional titles; while his uncle Kreg Llewellyn was also a professional water skier. [1]

Llewellyn graduated from Rollins College with a physics degree in 2019. [1] He then competed collegiately for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns water skiing team, winning the men's overall title in 2021. [3]

Though the Llewellyn family calls Innisfail, Alberta home, they live and train in Orlando, Florida due to the fact they can train all year in Florida. [2]

The 2017–18 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team represented the University of Louisiana at Lafayette during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Ragin' Cajuns were led by eighth-year head coach Bob Marlin and played their home games at the Cajundome as members in the Sun Belt Conference. They finished the season 27–7, 16–2 in Sun Belt play to win the Sun Belt regular season championship. The conference championship was the school's first since first regular-season title since sharing the 2000 title and its first outright title since joining the conference in 1991. They defeated Texas State in the quarterfinals of the Sun Belt tournament before losing in the semifinals to Texas–Arlington. As a regular season conference champion who failed to win their conference tournament, they received an automatic bid to the National Invitation Tournament where they lost in the first round to LSU.

The 2018–19 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team represented the University of Louisiana at Lafayette during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Ragin' Cajuns were led by ninth-year head coach Bob Marlin and played their home games at the Cajundome as members of the Sun Belt Conference. They finished the season 19–13 overall, 10–8 in Sun Belt play to finish in fifth place. As the No. 5 seed in the Sun Belt tournament, they lost in the second round to South Alabama.

The Ragin' Cajuns were led by fourth-year head coach Garry Brodhead and played all their home games at the Cajundome with a select few at Earl K. Long Gymnasium, which is located on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus. They were members in the Sun Belt Conference. They finished the season 25-10, 13–7 in Sun Belt play to finish in third place. They advanced to the semifinal game of the Sun Belt women's tournament where they lost to Little Rock by the score of 52-63. Jaret Llewellyn is a retired Canadian water skier. Llewellyn is a four-time Pan American Games Champion when he won gold in men's water skiing events at the games in 1999, 2003, and 2 gold at the 2007 games. He won two silver medals at the 2015 Pan American Games while competing at the age of 44, just one week shy of his birthday. He is an 11-time world champion, 12-time Pan American Games medalist, and owns a record 117 professional titles. His son Dorien Llewellyn is also a professional water skier with Pan American Games titles and his older brother Kreg Llewellyn was also a professional water skier.

Donald Kreg Llewellyn was a Canadian water skier. Llewellyn won a silver medal in each of Pan American Games Champion when he won gold in men's water skiing events at the games in slalom at the 1995 Pan American Games as well as in 1999. He was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame in 2019. Llewellyn was an innovator, having helped invent the skurfer a precursor to the wakeboard. Llewellyn held 24 Canadian records and won 7 individual World Championship medals. His brother Jaret Llewellyn is also a professional water skier with Pan American Games titles and his nephew Dorien Llewellyn is also a professional water skier.

The 2021 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football team represented the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Ragin' Cajuns played their home games at Cajun Field in Lafayette, Louisiana, and compete in the West Division of the Sun Belt Conference. They were led by fourth-year head coach Billy Napier. The Cajuns began the season with an away matchup against Big 12's Texas and concluded their regular season at conference and in-state rival Louisiana–Monroe.

The 2021–22 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team represented the University of Louisiana at Lafayette during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Ragin' Cajuns, led by tenth-year head coach Garry Brodhead, played all home games at the Cajundome along with the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team. They were members of the Sun Belt Conference.

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns water ski program is a co-ed collegiate water ski team that represents the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the National Collegiate Water Ski Association. It is one of the two most successful college programs in the sport's history, having won 10 national championships – in 1995, 1997, 2003, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Since 1993, it has finished no lower than third place at any national championships.
