Santolaya de las Dorigas (officially Doriga, and Santa Eulalia de las Dorigas in Spanish) is one of 28 parishes (administrative divisions) in Salas, a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain.
It is 7.28 km2 (2.81 sq mi) in size, with a population of 234.
Joaquín López-Dóriga Velandia alias "El Teacher" is a Spanish Mexican journalist. He started working as a journalist for the daily El Heraldo de México at the age of 18, and two years later he joined Jacobo Zabludovsky in the television news program 24 Horas. In 1988 he was appointed news director of the Instituto Mexicano de la Televisión (Imevisión).
Llanes is a municipality of the province of Asturias, in northern Spain. Doriga Palace is located in Salas, Asturias, Spain. It is an example of a structure built for nobility, half containing a defensive character, and the other half being residential. The original nucleus is a medieval square tower, built in the 14th century, which forms part of the current palace. In the 15 century, a cubic structure was added to the tower. Its present aspect was completed during the early years of the 16th century, centered on the palace section.
