Tiago Henrique de Oliveira Camilo is a judoka from Brazil, who won the silver medal in the lightweight (–73 kg) division at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He also won a gold medal at the 2007 World Judo Championships, and was the third Brazilian to become a world champion in judo, after João Derly and Luciano Corrêa. At the 2008 Summer Olympics he won a bronze medal in the –81 kg category. At the 2012 Olympic Games, he lost the bronze medal match to Ilias Iliadis in the –90 kg weight division.
Leandro Marques Guilheiro is a Brazilian male judoka. He won bronze medals in the lightweight (–73 kg) division at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece and at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. He became the first Brazilian judoka to win medals at two consecutive Olympic Games. Guilheiro plays a classical style of judo fighting in an upright stance and using techniques such as uchi mata, ippon seoi nage, morate seoi nage and o soto gari. He has done modeling work in Brazil.
Flávio Vianna de Ulhôa Canto is a Brazilian judoka who competed in Men's 81 kg Judo. He won the bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He is the founder and president of the Instituto Reação, and also presenter of the TV shows Corujão do Esporte on TV Globo and Sensei on SporTV.
Daniel Andrey Hernandes is a male judoka from Brazil. He won the gold medal in the heavyweight division (+100 kg) at the 2003 Pan American Games. In the final, he defeated Haiti's Joel Brutus. He represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics.

Ha Hyung-joo, also known by Ha Hyoung-zoo, is a retired judoka from South Korea. In 1981, he became the first open division champion to represent South Korea at the Asian Judo Championships in Jakarta. Ha represented South Korea at the 1984 Summer Olympics, and claimed the gold medal in the men's half heavyweight division (–95 kg) by defeating Brazil's Douglas Vieira in the final. Ha also competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics, but did not win a medal.
Ketleyn Lima Quadros is a Brazilian judoka. She won a bronze medal in the 57 kg weight class at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and became the first Brazilian woman to win an Olympic medal in an individual sport.
João Gonçalves Filho was a Brazilian sportsman. He competed in five Olympic Games in both swimming and water polo. Born in Rio Claro, São Paulo, he represented Brazil in swimming at the 1952 and 1956 Olympics and in water polo at the 1960, 1964, and 1968 Olympics.

He also won gold medals six consecutive times in the Pan American Games Judo Championships: at 2011 Guadalaraja, 2012 Montreal, 2013 San José, 2014 Guayaquil, 2015 Edmonton and 2016 Havana.
Maria de Lourdes Mazzoleni Portela is a Brazilian middleweight judoka. She won bronze medals at the 2011 and 2015 Pan American Games, and competed at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. At the 2012 Olympics, she lost her first match to Yuri Alvear. At the 2016 Games, she beat Assmaa Niang in the first round, before losing to Bernadette Graf in the second.

Charles Koshiro Chibana is a judoka from Brazil of Japanese origin. He won a gold medal at the 2015 Pan American Games. In addition, he won a gold medal at the 2014 and 2016 Pan American Judo Championships and a bronze medal at the 2013 edition.
