Dress to Kill is the third studio album from Japanese idol group ExWhyZ. It is marketed as a "variety album" and was released on March 20, 2024, by EMI Records. The album consists of ten tracks including the songs "As you wish" and "Unknown Sense" which were previously released as digital singles, a cover of Shinichi Osawa's "Our Song", four remixes, an English verion of "Obsession" from their debut album XYZ , and a new song called "Fleeting". [1]

(Miss)understood is the seventh studio album by Japanese singer-songwriter Ayumi Hamasaki. It was released on New Year's Day 2006, by Avex Trax. Hamasaki acted as the album's sole lyricist, as she had on all of her preceding albums. (Miss)understood marked new musical directions for Hamasaki: she explored new influences such as funk and used gospel choruses in some of the songs, foreign to her previous works. This was the result of her having heard compositions by Geo from the German based pop music project Sweetbox and asking him for his works. Subsequently, Hamasaki rewrote the lyrics entirely to fit (Miss)understood. Lyrically, the album was a departure from her previous work, My Story, which had been primarily autobiographical.

Written by Takeuchi and arranged by Tatsuro Yamashita, the song was released as the album's third single on March 25, 1985. "Plastic Love" is a city pop song; its upbeat arrangement contrasts with melancholic lyrics that describe a woman who embraces a hollow, hedonistic lifestyle after being scorned by a lover. Upon its initial release as a single, the song was a moderate success in Japan, peaking at number 86 on the Oricon Singles Chart and selling around 10,000 copies.

Kill This Love is the second Korean extended play by South Korean girl group Blackpink. It was released on April 5, 2019, by YG Entertainment and was distributed through YG Plus and Interscope Records. It was their first Korean material since the release of Square Up in June 2018, and their first release with Interscope Records. The title track was released as the lead single; it peaked at number two in South Korea and became the first top-50 hit by a female K-pop act in the United States and the United Kingdom. ExWhyZ, formerly known as Empire, is a Japanese alternative idol girl group formed between WACK and Avex Trax in 2017. They have released five studio albums, two EPs, and five singles since their formation. They re-branded to ExWhyZ in 2022 and re-debuted under EMI Records.
