The Dublin AFL Division 2 or Dublin Adult Football League Division 2 is the second division of the top tier of Gaelic football in County Dublin. The winners will play in Dublin AFL Division 1 the following year.

St Mary's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Saggart, County Dublin, Ireland. Mary's have won the Dublin Senior Football Championship on one occasion in 1921. Since then they had been relegated to the Dublin Intermediate Football Championship and regained their senior status in 1976 and have remained a Senior club ever since. St Marys currently play in the Dublin AFL Division 1, which they gained promotion to in 2000 with their Dublin AFL Division 2 title win in that year.

Fingallians is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Swords, County Dublin, Ireland. Founded in 1884, Fingallians are one of the oldest clubs in Dublin and they are based at Lawless Memorial Park.

Trinity Gaels is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Donaghmede in Dublin, Ireland. Trinity Gaels were founded in 1975 to cater for the growing population in the Donaghmede area. The club got their name from the local Roman Catholic parish name, the parish of the Holy Trinity. Gaels won the Dublin Intermediate Football Championship in 1994 and therefore qualified to senior status. For the past few seasons Gaels have been playing in Division 1 of the league. Trinity Gaels played in Fr Collins Park, Hole in the Wall Road, until the middle of the 2006 season when they moved to new purpose built grounds including clubhouse and floodlit pitches on Drumnigh Road. A book entitled "Trinity Gaels – a look back through the last years", was launched at the Hilton Hotel, Malahide Road on 15 January 2007 to celebrate 30 years of the club's existence.

The Dublin adult football league is divided up into a tier system of 13 teams. These teams range from the top two Divisions one and two and eleven other divisions, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 North and South. The winner of each league title goes on to qualify for the next highest ranking division.

Naomh Ólaf CLG

Naomh Ólaf is a Gaelic Athletic Association club which was founded in 1981 to provide facilities for encouraging the sporting abilities of the people of the developing parish of Balally in south County Dublin, Ireland. A club house was built and players were recruited from around the area, most of them coming from the local schools of St Olaf's, Gaelscoil Thaobh na Coille, St Benildus College, and St Tiernan's. In recent years more and more players are coming from the Leopardstown and Stepaside areas.

Templeogue Synge Street is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Dublin, Ireland. Synge Street Past Pupils G.F.C was founded in 1945 and Templeogue G.F.C formed in 1978. The two clubs were merged in 1999. They won the Dublin Intermediate Football Championship in 2008 giving them a coveted spot in the Dublin Senior Football Championship for 2009. They currently play in AFL 1, AFL 5 and AFL 9
