Ismael Serrano is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Spain, popular in Spain and Latin America, known for his often political lyrics and eclectic musical influences. During his creative career he has been influenced by other Spanish singer-songwriters such as Joaquín Sabina, Joan Manuel Serrat and the Cuban Silvio Rodríguez amongst others. His music also shows influences from renowned poets such as Luis García Montero and Mario Benedetti.
Belanova is a Mexican pop band that formed in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, in 2000. The group consisted of Denisse Guerrero, Edgar Huerta and Ricardo "Richie" Arreola. Although these are the only three official members, several other musicians performed in the band's live lineup, most notably Israel "Campanita" Ulloa (drums) and Richo Acosta (guitar). The band was signed to Virus Records, owned by Universal Music, in 2002.

The DVD was filmed in São Paulo, Brazil on November 29, 2008 in front of more than 25,000 people as part of the group's last worldwide concert tour, the Gira Del Adiós. The DVD features the farewell concert of the Mexican group in Brazil, which was captured with high definition cameras, 5.1 digital surround sound, PCM 2.0 and included exclusive interviews with the artists. Though the DVD was released worldwide by the EMI label, Brazil was the first country to launch this product, on December 2, 2009.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he enrolled in various musical ensembles, including Zas and Los Abuelos de la Nada. López has worked with several artists producing their albums, including Caifanes, Stephanie Salas, Andrés Calamaro, Paulina Rubio, Diego Torres and Miranda!. López also was the executive producer of the tribute album for the English band Queen in 1997. His work has been recognized with two Latin Grammy Awards for Producer of the Year in 2006 and 2009, out of four consecutive nominations, and a Grammy Award for producing Limón y Sal by Julieta Venegas.
Sueño Electro II is the fifth studio album from the Mexican Pop band Belanova, and is the second half of the Sueño Electro project. The album was recorded simultaneously with the fourth album, Sueño Electro I, and features a similar musical style and continued experimentation, this time with Ranchera and country-inspired music. The band had confirmed that it would be released on August 30, 2011, but it was later delayed until September 6 for simultaneous release in Mexico, USA, and Latin America. Only the deluxe edition of the album was physically released while the standard edition was released digitally.
