The United Nations General Assembly,UNGA;French:Assemblée générale des Nations unies,AGDNU is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations (UN),serving as its main deliberative,policymaking,and representative organ. Currently in its 79th session,its powers,composition,functions,and procedures are set out in Chapter IV of the United Nations Charter.
The Nepali Congress is a social democratic political party in Nepal and the largest party in the country. The party has 870,106 members as of the party's 14th general convention in December 2021,making it the largest party by membership in Nepal. In June 2023,the party started online membership since the emergence of youth leaders in vital posts to attract youths to the party. The party is led by former prime minister,Sher Bahadur Deuba since the party's thirteenth general convention in 2016. The party won 89 seats in the 2022 general election and is currently the largest parliamentary group in the House of Representatives.
The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) (Nepali:नेपालकम्युनिष्टपार्टी(एकीकृतमार्क्सवादी-लेनिनवादी),romanized: nēpāl kamyuniṣṭpārṭī(ēkīkṛt mārksavādī-lēninavādī);abbr. Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe,CCS was a Sri Lankan diplomat and civil servant. He was High Commissioner to India and concurrently Ambassador to both Nepal and Afghanistan (1963–1967) and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury and the Ministry of Health. Amerasinghe served as Ceylon's Permanent Representative to the United Nations 1967 to 1980 and served as President of the United Nations General Assembly in 1976. He was also one of the leaders of the negotiations to draft the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

From 2005 to 2009 she was Tonga's permanent ambassador to the United Nations,and from 2017 to 2021 she was United Nations High Representative for the Least Developed Countries,Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States. From 2021 to 2024 she was minister of foreign affairs.
