The Dutch Women's Volleyball Cup is the top annual women's volleyball cup competition in the Netherlands Started in 1974, Ruled and managed by the Dutch Volleyball Association (NeVoBo), it is contested by clubs from all Divisions first second and third tier. The advantages was given to clubs from the 1st tier to advance automatically to the 8 round playoffs. [1] [2]

Volleyball is a popular sport in the United States with both male and female participants of all ages. Almost all high schools and colleges in the United States have female volleyball teams, and most regions of the country have developmental programs for girls of all ages as well. While many areas of the country are forming male teams and development programs, there are still fewer opportunities for young male athletes to play volleyball in the United States than for young female athletes. Men's volleyball is a fast-growing sport among high schools, with 36 states having male volleyball programs. Most men's seasons are in the spring while women's seasons take place primarily in the fall; however, there are a few men's teams such as in Wisconsin, Virginia, and New York who play in the fall as well.

Sliedrecht Sport is a Dutch volleyball club based in Sliedrecht. It has professional and amateur teams with the women's team being the most successful, having won the national league, cup and supercup multiple times, and currently playing in the Eredivisie Dames, the highest level in the Netherlands. The men's team was promoted to the Dutch Eredivisie for the first time in 2018.

The Finnish Women's Volleyball Cup is a women's Volleyball competition held since the year 1968 in Finland, teams from the first tier league and second tier league compete every year in a knock out home and away system.
