E.Town Concrete, or sometimes called E-Town, is an American hardcore punk band from Elizabeth, New Jersey. [3]
They formed in 1995 and shortly thereafter released Time 2 Shine , their first full-length album, in 1999 on the Resurrection A.D. label. They have since released four more albums on various record labels, such as Razor & Tie and Ironbound Recordings. The band broke up in 2006, playing their last show on May 20 of that year.
On October 12, 2008, the band's Myspace page indicated that "The Return" was coming. Two reunion shows at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey, were announced on October 13, 2008, scheduled for February 20 and 21, 2009. They played Starland Ballroom again on February 13, 2010, with The Acacia Strain, Ill Bill, Reign Supreme, Razorblade Handgrenade and others. They returned for a fourth time to play at Starland Ballroom with Hatebreed on January 8, 2011.
The band returned to Starland Ballroom on February 17, 2012, with native New York Hardcore bands Biohazard and Madball as opening acts. A new, self-released, EP (four tracks) was sold at the show. The following year they played with 40 Below Summer, Bane, a reunited Nora, and Judge the Fallen. [4]
According to an interview given by Anthony Martini to radio station WSOU on February 13, 2015, the band is now in retirement, and is not actively working on any new material or touring. However, as a tradition the band plays a show in New Jersey once a year, and will occasionally play festivals "for fun". [5] The band has played a number of different festivals all across America such as This is Hardcore in Philadelphia and FYA fest in Tampa. At their Starland Ballroom show on October 8, 2022, the band confirmed that a new song had not been released yet. It is currently known as "Level Up" and the band played it live for the first time. [6] This will more than likely be some of the band's first new material in nearly 20 years.

The Misfits are an American punk rock band often recognized as the pioneers of the horror punk subgenre, blending punk and other musical influences with horror film themes and imagery. The group was founded in 1977 in Lodi, New Jersey, by vocalist, songwriter and keyboardist Glenn Danzig. Over the next six years, Danzig and bassist Jerry Only were the group's main members through numerous personnel changes. During this period, they released several EPs and singles, and with Only's brother Doyle as guitarist, the albums Walk Among Us (1982) and Earth A.D./Wolfs Blood (1983), both considered touchstones of the early-1980s hardcore punk movement. The band has gone through many lineup changes over the years, with bassist Jerry Only being the only constant member in the group.

The concert was recorded August 20, 2004 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey. The New York City radio station, 92.3 K-Rock put on the show and sold tickets for 92 cents. They sold out almost immediately.

Pilfers are an American ska band formed in 1997, when former Toasters vocalist, Coolie Ranx, at the urging of Pietaster's vocalist Steve Jackson, joined with former Bim Skala Bim trombonist, Vinny Nobile. The Starland Ballroom is a concert venue located in Sayreville, New Jersey. Beginning in the 1960s, the building was known as the Jernee Mill Inn, a local bar with a banquet hall. It was originally known as the Hunka Bunka Ballroom and then Willy's in the 1980s. It has operated as a dance music club but more often hosted concerts with primarily metal, punk and ska lineups.
Matt Deis is an American bass guitarist. Originally from West Springfield, Massachusetts, he is best known as the bassist of the rock band CKY with whom he performed with between 2005 and 2010, returning in 2015 and departing again in 2019, and the current bassist of metalcore band All That Remains, with whom he performed between 2003 and 2005, but made his return in 2022. From 2019 to 2020, Deis performed with American Idol finalist Tristan McIntosh. From summer 2021-22, Deis was the touring bassist for country music duo, Thompson Square, until leaving to rejoin All That Remains. Deis filled in with Saving Abel on select dates in the summer of 2023. In the fall of 2023, Deis served as touring bassist for country artist, Mitchell Tenpenny.
Alive 2 (2005) is the third full-length live album and second full-length live DVD from the band Anthrax. It features the reunion of their lineup from the Among the Living era, including then-former vocalist Joey Belladonna and former guitarist Dan Spitz. The songs included on the disc are taken from Fistful of Metal, their first release, until Persistence of Time (1990), spanning numerous personnel changes.
Mucky Pup were an American hardcore and crossover thrash band formed in Bergenfield, New Jersey, in 1986, when brothers Chris (vocals) and John (drums) Milnes joined up with Scott Dottino (bass) and Dan Nastasi (guitar) as the cover band, Predator. The band soon began writing original material and changed the band name to Mucky Pup. Over the years, the band went through several lineup changes and musical style changes while gaining minor success in both the US and Europe. Their breakthrough moment occurred when they won second place in a Bloom County comic strip contest, resulting in the band performing a song featured on a flexi disc packaged with a 1987 Bloom County comic strip compilation. However, their European success, based on strong tours and charting for the 1989 A Boy in a Man's World album, surpassed all recognition achieved in their home country. The band split up in 1995 but reunited from 2009 through 2014 with a rotating lineup of both former and new members with vocalist Chris Milnes being the only constant.
Sheer Terror are an American hardcore punk band from New York City. The band was one of the first to combine elements of heavy metal with a hardcore punk base, pioneering a heavier style of hardcore that would create many bands in the following decades. Formed in late 1984, the band stayed together until 1998, through numerous lineup changes and shifts in musical style. In October 2004, the band reunited for two shows at New York City's CBGB Club.

The East Meets West Tour '09 was a concert tour by hard rock band Extreme, taking place in the summer of 2009, in support of their 2008 album Saudades de Rock. It followed the Take Us Alive World Tour in 2008 which was in support of the same album. The tour started with a performance at the M3 Rock Festival on May 30, with the official tour beginning on July 12. This tour was co-headlined with Ratt on almost all dates, excluding New Haven, Springfield and Boston.
Ripface Invasion is an American hardcore punk band based out of New Jersey. The band was formed in December 2010 by Anthony "Red" Paladino, the founder of the Earache Records band I.D.K., which was a New Jersey punk band with a large fan following. Red formed Ripface Invasion to pick up where I.D.K. left off, bringing in I.D.K. bass player Tom Conti. The current lineup consists of Red on vocals, Tom Conti on bass guitar and Dan "Drummer D" Lockhart as well as Triple Crown Records on drums. The most recent addition to the Ripface Invasion lineup is Joe EC who is the founder and guitarist of New Jersey thrash metal outfit Saint Avarice. The band has released a four-song EP on July 5, 2011. They subsequently released a 3-song EP as well as a 7-inch record. Past members play on the first CD / record. Past members have included various players from NJ bands such as E-town Concrete, Agents of Man and Backlash.
