Duluth Denfeld High School, also known as Denfeld High School, is one of two high schools in Duluth, Minnesota along with Duluth East as of 2011 after the closure of Duluth Central and the previous closing of Morgan Park HS in 1982. Serving over 1000 students from grades nine to twelve, Denfeld High School has become a West Duluth landmark. The school is known for its architecture, including a historic auditorium and a 120-foot clock tower visible from Grand Avenue.
Duluth Central High School, also known as Central High School, was a secondary school located in Duluth, Minnesota, which educated students in grades ten through twelve until seventh and eighth were added after the closing of Washington Junior High School in 1992. It first opened in 1893 in the original building at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Second Street. The building was officially named Historic Old Central High School on October 19, 2004.

Cathedral High School employs 53 faculty members, 100% of which hold bachelor's degrees. The faculty to student ratio is 1:14. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint Cloud.

White Bear Lake Area High School is a high school in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, United States. The school was formed by merging White Bear High School (WBHS) and White Bear Mariner High School in the 1983–84 school year. It currently consists of two campuses and an alternative learning center. North Campus houses grades nine and ten, while South Campus serves grades eleven and twelve. The South Campus building also houses an expansion that is owned by Intermediate District 916 which contains a special education program separate from the high school. While WBLAHS is the only school in the state of Minnesota with grades 9–10 and 11–12 in different buildings, the two buildings will unify at the current North Campus site after a 396,000 S/F addition is completed for the fall 2024 opening.
Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) or Special School District Number 1 is a public school district serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Minneapolis Public Schools enrolls 36,370 students in public primary and secondary schools. The district administers about one hundred public schools including forty-five elementary schools, seven middle schools, seven high schools, eight special education schools, eight alternative schools, nineteen contract alternative schools, and five charter schools. With authority granted by the state legislature, the school board makes policy, selects the superintendent, and oversees the district's budget, curriculum, personnel, and facilities. Students speak ninety different languages at home and most school communications are printed in English, Hmong, Spanish, and Somali.
Cloquet High School (CHS) is a high school in Cloquet in the U.S. state of Minnesota. Operated by Cloquet Public Schools, it serves approximately 700 students; a typical graduating class has 160 to 200 members. It has existed for over 100 years. The current building was built in 1969, with the old building then being turned into a middle school. That building was built in 1921 replacing an earlier school destroyed, along with much of the town, in the 1918 Cloquet fire.

Oliver Green Traphagen was an American architect who designed many notable buildings in Duluth, Minnesota, during the late 19th century and in the Territory of Hawaii during the early 20th century. Among his most famous landmarks are the Oliver G. Traphagen House in Duluth, called the Redstone, and the Moana Hotel in Honolulu, both of which are on the National Register of Historic Places, as are several other buildings he designed.
Duluth FC is an amateur men's soccer club based in Duluth, Minnesota. The club currently competes in the NPSL Midwest Region’s North Conference. The club's colors are green and blue, and plays its home matches at Duluth Public Schools Stadium in West Duluth.
