Eddie Enright (born 1974 in Thurles, County Tipperary) is a retired Irish sportsperson. He played hurling [1] with his local club Thurles Sarsfields and with the Tipperary senior inter-county team in the 1990s and 2000s. He also won three Fitzgibbon Cup medals with UCC,[ citation needed ] captaining the side in 1998. He is currently[ when? ] hurling with Watergrasshill GAA club in Cork.

The club is centred in the town of Thurles at Semple Stadium. The club was founded in 1881 and is the most honoured club in the history of the county championship with 36 County Titles.
