Edward "Eddie" Palladino (born February 7, 1958) is an American public address announcer for the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association.
Palladino, a native of East Boston and lifelong Celtics fan, has served as arena voice for the Celtics since the beginning of the 2003–04 NBA season. He attended Savio Preparatory High School in East Boston and then went on to Grahm Junior College from 1975 to 1977 where he earned an associate degree in Communications. He continued his education at Emerson College from 1977 to 1979 earning a B.S. in Communications, Digital and Media Arts.
Played goaltender for the Bayswater Braves, an East Boston summer street hockey team.
A Celtics season ticket holder, during the '70s and '80s, Palladino called the 2008 NBA playoffs and 2024 NBA playoffs at the TD Banknorth Garden and saw the Celtics clinch their 17th & 18th NBA Championship. Palladino also called the 2010 NBA Finals against the Lakers, and the 2022 NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors.
Palladino now resides in Saugus, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters and son. He also has two granddaughters, Audrina and Madison. [1]

Nicknamed "The Houdini of the Hardwood", Cousy was the NBA assists leader for eight consecutive seasons, introducing a new blend of ball-handling and passing skills to the NBA. He is regarded as the first great point guard of the NBA, and was the first to reach the 4,000, 5,000, and 6,000 career assists milestones.

He spent over 30 years as the color commentator for the Celtics' local broadcasts alongside play-by-play commentator Mike Gorman. From this, he earned the nickname "Mr. Celtic".

Starting in 1981, Gorman began providing play-by-play commentary for local television broadcasts of the Boston Celtics, doing so alongside color commentator and Celtics legend Tom Heinsohn. The duo called games together until 2020, with Gorman later retiring from broadcasting in 2024.

The 2007–08 Boston Celtics season was the 62nd season of the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Powered by the offseason blockbuster acquisitions of perennial All-Stars Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen to join with established star Paul Pierce, the trade enabled the Celtics to finish the season with a record of 66-16 in addition to posting the best single-season turnaround in NBA history. The team also finished first in both the Atlantic Division and the Eastern Conference, and achieved the league's best record. The 66 wins were also the third-most in franchise history, behind the 1972–73 Celtics’ 68 wins and the famous 1985–86 Celtics’ 67 wins including 40 at home. Kevin Garnett was named NBA Defensive Player of the Year, while Danny Ainge, who executed "the most dramatic NBA turnaround ever", was named NBA Executive of the Year. The Celtics also sold out all 41 regular-season home games. The Celtics had the tenth best team offensive rating and the best team defensive rating in the NBA.

Joseph Mazzulla is an American professional basketball coach who is the head coach for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for West Virginia University. Mazzulla joined the Celtics as an assistant coach in 2019 and was appointed the role of interim head coach prior to the 2022–23 season before officially being named head coach in February 2023 before the All-Star break. In his second season, Mazzulla led the Celtics to a league-best 64 wins and an NBA championship. He currently holds the highest winning percentage of any coach in NBA history with over 150 games coached and is also the youngest head coach to win the NBA Finals since Bill Russell did so in 1969.
