Plot
Alicia inherits the IRIS from its previous holder Ali, who is left in charge of Project SATRIA, an experimental artificially intelligent armour suit utilising the strength from MATA's pillars created by Tekno pillar head Dayang. Dato Othman appoints Amir and Elle as the replacement Neuro and Inviso pillar leaders, and Rizwan requests Ali to find Numeros leader Cero's true identity by leaking classified MATA reports, joined by previous Numeros agents Dos and Trez, which Ali declines.
At home, Ali is blackmailed by Neonimus, a psychopathic former MATA Academy agent expelled for behavioural problems with the ability to hack and remotely access electronics, into leaking all of the MATA's agents identities, arranging an attack on the Cyberaya SMART Tunnel. MATA arranges an infiltration on Neonimus utilising him and Ali's battle to trial SATRIA where Alicia saves the others from Neonimus' robots. The agents are then assigned to capture Neonimus in the Cybertopia amusement park as he prepares another attack. There, Neonimus captures Alicia, and hacks into the SATRIA suit. After Alicia receives a premonition of SATRIA destroying MATA from IRIS, Ali prepares to kill Neonimus but is intercepted by General Rama.
Having himself detained, Neonimus uploads his virus into the MATA headquarters, allowing Cero to control its electronics. Ali equips SATRIA despite the risk of Cero overriding the already-compromised suit, turning Ali against the agents in the base including Alicia, who is given back IRIS after Rama wanted to return it to Dayang. Defeated, Alicia hands Ali the IRIS, pleading him to defeat SATRIA, before Cero transfers her into it. Cero tells Ali his plans to liberate Cyberaya by undermining their corrupt leadership, and that Alicia was transferred due to her more rapid neural activity, allowing higher compatibility with SATRIA. After Dos knocks out Neonimus, Rizwan encourages Ali to save Cyberaya from Cero.
As Dato Othman retreats to an unknown island, Dayang gives pillar heads Amir and Elle SATRIA's location, denouncing their cowardly decision to stay behind and protect Othman; Ali reverse-engineers Neonimus' virus using IRIS and Neonimus' controller which Ali stopped Trez from destroying, allowing him to purge it from MATA's headquarters. After a brief skirmish, Ali overrides IRIS to stop Cero from blowing up Cyberaya's central reactor, which would cause a chain explosion with the nearby underwater Azurium reserves, threatening the governors who would hide in the unknown island's bunker as Cyberaya explodes. Cero then absorbs the MATA pillar heads' data and begins torturing Ali with his past traumatic experiences. However, Alicia breaks free from SATRIA's core. Ali apologises to her, and the two manipulate the space around the core to defeat Cero. Ali deploys one of Neonimus' robots he transferred to the IRIS dimension after overriding, opening a black hole which destroys the core. As they escape, Cero attempts to drag Ali into the void with him, but Alicia sacrifices herself to help Ali escape, letting herself fall into the void with Cero.
As Alicia emerges from SATRIA, Dayang fails to decommission SATRIA as Othman removes her position as Tekno pillar head and has her transfer management of SATRIA to him, due to the dangers it posed to Cyberaya. After the examinations, Ali visits a now-amnesiac Alicia in the hospital, returning IRIS to her.
In a mid-credits scene, Rizwan hands Neonimus' controller containing his plans and communication logs to Dayang.
