As Oficial 911 he is part of a group called Los Oficiales that has worked for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) since 2007. The team held the record for the longest-reigning Distrito Federal Trios Champions and are the most successful holders of the IWRG Intercontinental Trios Championship, holding it longer than any other trios team and having defended it more times than any previous champions have. Bocanegra previously wrestled as Comando Mega in IWRG as well.

Antheus Ortiz Chávez, better known under the ring name Hijo de Pirata Morgan is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) portraying a tecnico wrestling character. Hijo de Pirata Morgan's real name was not a matter of public record until March 16, 2013 where he lost his wrestling mask and had to reveal his real name. This is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans while they are masked. He is legitimately the son of professional wrestler Pedro Ortiz Villanueva, better known as Pirata Morgan, and not a storyline family relationship as it sometimes the case in Lucha Libre.

The event took place on November 1, 2012, at "Arena Naucalpan" in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, IWRG's main venue. The main event was the eponymous Prisión Fatal Steel cage match where the last person remaining in the cage was forced to unmasked per the match stipulation. The Prisión Fatal match included El Hijo de Pirata Morgan, El Hijo de Máscara Año 2000, Oficial 911 and Factor. The show also celebrated the 50th Anniversary of Lucha Libre in Estado de México
Guerra del Golfo (2012) was an annual professional wrestling major event produced by Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG), which took place on April 15, 2012 in Arena Naucalpan, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico. The annual Guerra del Golfo main event consists of three matches in total, with two "qualifying matches", multi-man steel cage matches where the last person left in the cage advances to the main event of the night. The two losers is forced to wrestle inside the steel cage, with the loser being forced to either take off their wrestling mask or have their hair shaved off under Lucha de Apuesta, or "Bet match" rules.

In the finals the two losers face off in a cage match where the loser of that match is either unmasked or forced to have their hair shaved off under Luchas de Apuestas rules. Héctor Juan López Vieyra is a Mexican luchador who is best known for his time with International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) under the ring name Canis Lupus. He has previously worked under the ring name Comando Negro from 2009 to 2012. Near the end of 2012, López took over the Canis Lupus character when the first wrestler to use the name was replaced by IWRG. "Canis Lupus" is Latin for wolf, something that was reflected in the mask, that he wore prior to September 2016, which is adorned with stylized wolf features such as ears.
