Contents

Originally it was planned to be 235 meters in height with 65 floors, which would have made it Tel Aviv's tallest tower and one of the country's tallest buildings upon completion, but the final plan lowered this to a 45-floor skyscraper. The building was completed in January 2011. [1]

Fifteen (initially five [2] ) of the tower's floors, totaling 8000 m2 [3] are rented by Google Israel. This includes one floor of 1500 m2 for a business incubator campus [4] launched in December 2012. [5]

Additional notable residents are Waze, PayPal, Klarna, Broadcom and Golan Telecom.

The tower has a helipad on its roof. It was originally planned to have 28 floors for government functions only, with the additional 14 floors being approved during construction. 13 of these top floors were approved for use by private sector offices, and the top 11 floors have floor-to ceiling windows. An external elevator serves the uppermost floors, and an underpass connects the building with the tower's underground parking.
