His achievements in fashion earned him four British Designer of the Year awards,as well as the CFDA's International Designer of the Year award in 2003. McQueen died by suicide in 2010 at the age of 40,at his home in Mayfair,London,shortly after the death of his mother.
Stella Nina McCartney is an English fashion designer. She is a daughter of British singer-songwriter Paul McCartney and the late American photographer and animals rights activist Linda McCartney. Like her parents,McCartney is a firm supporter of animal rights and environmentalism,and is particularly known for her use of vegetarian and animal-free alternatives in her work. Alexa Chung is a British television presenter,model,internet personality,writer,and fashion designer. She wrote the book It (2013). Her fashion label Alexa Chung,stylized ALEXACHUNG,launched in May 2017 and closed in 2022.
Stella Tennant was a British model and fashion designer,who rose to fame in the early 1990s and had a career that spanned almost 30 years. From an unconventional aristocratic family,she worked with Helmut Lang,Karl Lagerfeld,Marc Jacobs,Alexander McQueen,and Gianni Versace. She worked for haute couture names like Valentino,and Dior by John Galliano and with photographers Steven Meisel,Bruce Weber,Paolo Roversi,and Tim Walker. Over the years she appeared in advertising campaigns for Calvin Klein,Chanel,Hermès and Burberry.
Behnaz Sarafpour is an Iranian-born American fashion designer,and fragrance designer. She had a ready-to-wear line of women's apparel bearing her name,Behnaz Sarafpour,Ltd. from 2001 until 2014,and has her own perfume line. Sarafpour has held design positions at Isaac Mizrahi,Narciso Rodriguez,Richard Tyler,Anne Klein,and Barneys New York. She has been based in New York City and Pound Ridge,New York.
Gareth Pugh is an English fashion designer based in London. He is known for his unconventional use of volume and form when designing outfits,and his work is described as performance art. He achieved prominence in the Kashpoint's Autumn 2005 Alternative Fashion Week group show,and he made his solo premiere in London's Fall 2006 fashion week. Due to his focus on experimental fashion,Pugh has had limited success selling wearable clothes. Instead,his projects are funded through patronage by Rick Owens and Michèle Lamy. His designs have been sported by notable performers,including Kylie Minogue,Beyoncé,and Lady Gaga.

Cara Jocelyn Delevingne is an English model and actress. She signed with Storm Management after leaving school in 2009. Delevingne won Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards in 2012 and 2014.

Adut Akech Bior is a South Sudanese-Australian model. Akech made her fashion week runway debut as an exclusive in the Saint Laurent S/S 17 show and went on to close both their F/W 17 and S/S 18 shows as an exclusive. In 2018,she was chosen as "Model of the Year" by models.com,an honour which was repeated the next year. Models.com includes Akech in its list of the "New Supers."
