Elkhorn Road is a major west-east road in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Nevada, United States.
Elkhorn Road begins at Egan Crest Drive in the northwestern corner of Las Vegas. The road heads east to the Centennial Hills neighborhood where it forms a major intersection with Durango Drive near the RTC park and ride lot. Elkhorn Road eventually crosses U.S. Route 95 and intersects with an HOV ramp completed in 2019, serving as an entrance to US 95 south and an exit from US 95 north. [1] The road continues west from there through residential areas and past farms and ranches before intersecting Decatur Boulevard and entering North Las Vegas city limits. The road runs through North Las Vegas and for 2 miles and passes through the Aliante community and the Aliante Casino and Hotel before ending at a dead end. From the dead end, Elkhorn Road will be extended to the soon-to-be extended Clayton Street.

The Las Vegas Valley is a major metropolitan area in the southern part of the U.S. state of Nevada, and the second largest in the Southwestern United States. The state's largest urban agglomeration, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Statistical Area is coextensive since 2003 with Clark County, Nevada. The Valley is largely defined by the Las Vegas Valley landform, a 600 sq mi (1,600 km2) basin area surrounded by mountains to the north, south, east and west of the metropolitan area. The Valley is home to the three largest incorporated cities in Nevada: Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas. Eleven unincorporated towns governed by the Clark County government are part of the Las Vegas Township and constitute the largest community in the state of Nevada.
State Road 50 runs across the center of the U.S. state of Florida through Orlando, with its termini at SR 55 at Weeki Wachee and SR 5 in Titusville.
Skyline Drive is a 105-mile (169 km) road that runs the entire length of the National Park Service's Shenandoah National Park in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, generally along the ridge of the mountains. The drive's northern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Route 340 (US 340) near Front Royal, and the southern terminus is at an interchange with US 250 near Interstate 64 (I-64) in Rockfish Gap, where the road continues south as the Blue Ridge Parkway. The road has intermediate interchanges with US 211 in Thornton Gap and US 33 in Swift Run Gap. Skyline Drive is part of Virginia State Route 48, which also includes the Virginia portion of the Blue Ridge Parkway, but this designation is not signed.
The Las Vegas Beltway is a 50-mile (80 km) beltway route circling three-quarters of the Las Vegas Valley in southern Nevada. The Las Vegas Beltway carries two numerical designations. Approximately 12.8 miles (20.6 km) of the highway, from its southern terminus at Interstate 11/Interstate 515/U.S. Route 93/U.S. Route 95 in Henderson west and northwest to Interstate 15, is signed as Interstate 215 (I-215) and maintained by the Nevada Department of Transportation. Clark County Route 215 composes the remaining 37.2 miles (59.9 km) of this semi-circumferral highway, with the county's Department of Public Works responsible for all construction and maintenance.
State Route 159 is a 31.204-mile (50.218 km) east–west highway in Clark County, Nevada, United States, providing access to Red Rock Canyon and serving as a thoroughfare in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. A portion of the west end of the route is designated a Nevada Scenic Byway.
State Route 589 (SR 589) comprised a large portion of Sahara Avenue, a major east–west section line road in the Las Vegas Valley. The road is named after the Sahara Hotel and Casino which is located on Las Vegas Boulevard where it intersects with Sahara Avenue.
The Arrowhead Trail or Arrowhead Highway was the first all-weather road in the Western United States that connected Los Angeles, California to Salt Lake City, Utah by way of Las Vegas, Nevada. Built primarily during the auto trails period of the 1910s, prior to the establishment of the U.S. numbered highway system, the road was replaced in 1926 by U.S. Route 91 (US 91) and subsequently Interstate 15 (I‑15). Small portions of the route in California and Las Vegas, Las Vegas Boulevard, are sometimes still referred to by the name, or as Arrow Highway.
Spring Mountain Road is a major east-west road in the Las Vegas Valley. It runs from Hualapai Way at its western terminus to Las Vegas Boulevard in the east. East of Las Vegas Boulevard, Spring Mountain becomes Sands Avenue, and then jogs south to join Twain Avenue. State Route 591 was a state highway that comprised a 0.242-mile (0.389 km) section of Spring Mountain at Interstate 15.
Tropicana Avenue is a major east–west section line arterial in the Las Vegas area. The road is named after Tropicana Las Vegas which is located on the Las Vegas Boulevard where it intersects with Tropicana Avenue. Part of it is signed as Nevada State Route 593.
Centennial Parkway, is a Lower City arterial road in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It is best known as the western terminus of former King's Highway 20, now maintained by the City of Hamilton. It starts off as Upper Centennial Parkway, a mountain-access road in the City right before the Canadian Pacific Railway line at the backend of Battlefield Park and is a two-way street throughout that extends north over the Queen Elizabeth Way and ends at Beach Boulevard/ Van Wagners Beach Road in front of Confederation Park.
U.S. Route 95 is a major U.S. highway traversing the U.S. state of Nevada from north to south directly through Las Vegas and providing connections to both Carson City and Reno. US 95 is cosigned with Interstate 80 for 95 miles (153 km) between a junction in Trinity and Winnemucca before heading north into Oregon at McDermitt. At 646 miles, it is the longest highway in Nevada.
State Route 613, better known as Summerlin Parkway, is a freeway in the western portion of the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, connecting Clark County Route 215 to U.S. Route 95 and serving the master planned community of Summerlin.
Aliante Casino and Hotel is a hotel and casino in the Aliante community in North Las Vegas, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Boyd Gaming. The resort was announced as the Aliante Station in December 2005, as a joint project between Station Casinos and The Greenspun Corporation, with an initial cost of $400 million to $450 million. Construction began in February 2007, and the resort was built at a cost of $662 million.

Aliante is a master-planned community located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2001, American Nevada Corporation and Del Webb Corporation formed North Valley Enterprises, which purchased 1,900 acres (770 ha) of land in the city and began construction of the community a year later, with the opening held in May 2003. Aliante is located in the city's northwestern area.
Desert Inn Road, also known as Wilbur Clark D. I. Road, is a major west-east road in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Nevada, United States, part of the Las Vegas grid road system. It is named after the former Desert Inn hotel and casino.
Durango Drive is a major north-south road in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Nevada, United States, located on the west side of the city.
Centennial Hills is a neighborhood of northwestern Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. It is bordered by the Snow Mountain Paiute Reservation and Desert National Wildlife Refuge to the north, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west, Summerlin to the south, and North Las Vegas to the east. The Spring Mountains are visible to the west with Gass Peak in the Las Vegas Range to the north. Lone Mountain lies within the neighborhood.
