ELMO domain containing 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ELMOD2 gene. [5]
This gene encodes one of six engulfment and motility (ELMO) domain-containing proteins. This gene is thought to play a role in antiviral responses. Mutations in this gene may be involved in the cause of familial idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Surfactant protein C (SP-C), is one of the pulmonary surfactant proteins. In humans this is encoded by the SFTPC gene.
Mucin 5AC (Muc5AC) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MUC5AC gene.
Chloride channel protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CLCN2 gene. Mutations of this gene have been found to cause leukoencephalopathy and Idiopathic generalised epilepsy. CLCN2 contains a transmembrane region that is involved in chloride ion transport as well two intracellular copies of the CBS domain.
Forkhead box protein F1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FOXF1 gene.
Homeobox protein SIX2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SIX2 gene.
Collagen, type XXVIII, alpha 1 also known as COL28A1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the COL28A1 gene. This protein belongs to a class of collagens that contain von Willebrand factor type A domains. The protein is encoded by the COL28A1 gene which contains 45 exons and is found of the p arm of chromosome 7.
Homeobox protein DBX2, also known as developing brain homeobox protein 2, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DBX2 gene.
Proline-rich transmembrane protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PRRT2 gene.
Zinc finger and BTB domain containing 11 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ZBTB11 gene.
Solute carrier family 25, member 16 is a protein in humans that is encoded by the SLC25A16 gene.
V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 2 is a protein in humans that is encoded by the VSIG2 gene.
Inositol monophosphatase 3 also known as inositol monophosphatase domain-containing protein 1 (IMPAD1) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the IMPAD1 gene.
Suppressor of cytokine signaling 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS4 gene.
Insulin like 6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the INSL6 gene.
Rho associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ROCK2 gene. Fasudil is an inhibitor of ROCK protein.
V-set and immunoglobulin domain containing 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the VSIG4 gene.
Mitochondrial ribosomal protein S2 (MRPS2), otherwise known as uS2m, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MRPS2 gene.
Mitochondrial ribosomal protein S9 (MRPS9), otherwise known as uS9m, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MRPS9 gene.
Selenoprotein O is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SELENOO gene.
Immunoglobulin superfamily member 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IGSF3 gene.
