Cyprus is a member of the United Nations along with most of its agencies as well as the Commonwealth of Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and Council of Europe. In addition, the country has signed the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Agreement (MIGA). Cyprus has been a member of the European Union since 2004 and in the second half of the 2012 it held the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The Republic of Fiji maintains a large diplomatic network across the world. It is the third most populated country of Oceania.
The government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) conducts its own foreign relations. Since independence in 1986, the FSM has established diplomatic relations with a number of nations, including most of its Pacific neighbors.

Australia–Greece relations are the foreign relations between Australia and Greece. Relations between the two states are close: the countries were allies during both World Wars and the Korean War. During World War II, Australian forces took part in the Battle of Greece and Battle of Crete. There is a large Greek community in Australia. Each country has an embassy in the other's capital. Greece also has consulates general in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, as well as a consulate in Perth, honorary consulates general in Brisbane and Darwin, and honorary consulates in Newcastle and Hobart. Both countries are full members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
The Embassy of the United States in Oslo is the diplomatic representation of the Federal government of the United States to the Kingdom of Norway. A brand new Embassy was put into service in May, 2017. The current Embassy is located in Morgedalsvegen 36, near the Makrellbekken Metro Station, in one of the city's western suburbs. Visitors to the Embassy are encouraged to use public transport.
Norway–Russia relations refers to the bilateral foreign relations between the two countries, Norway and Russia. The establishment of diplomatic relationships between the two countries happened on October 30, 1905, four days after the establishment of Norway's independence. Russia has an embassy in Oslo and consulates in Barentsburg and Kirkenes, and Norway has an embassy in Moscow, and consulates in Murmansk and Saint Petersburg.
The Independent State of Papua New Guinea and China (PRC) established official diplomatic relations in 1976, soon after Papua New Guinea became independent. The two countries currently maintain diplomatic, economic and, to a lesser degree, military relations. Relations are cordial; China is a significant provider of both investments and development aid to Papua New Guinea.
The Republic of Vanuatu and the People's Republic of China (PRC) established official diplomatic relations on March 26, 1982. China established an embassy in Vanuatu in 1989, while Vanuatu established an honorary consulate in China in 1999; it officially became an embassy in 2005. The current Ambassador of China in Vanuatu is Liu Quan. The current Ambassador of Vanuatu in China is former Minister of Finance Willie Jimmy.
France–Norway relations are foreign relations between France and Norway.
Diplomatic relations between China and the Federated States of Micronesia were established on September 11, 1989. The Chinese government first established an embassy in the capital of Palikir in 1990, and dispatched its first ambassador in 1991. Initially, the Micronesian ambassador to Tokyo, Japan also served as Micronesia's ambassador to China, before Micronesia established an embassy in Beijing in 2007. President John Haglelgam was the first senior government agent from Micronesia to visit China, doing so in 1990. The current Chinese ambassador to Micronesia is Zhang Weidong, while the Micronesian ambassador to Beijing is Akillino H. Susaia.
The Embassy of Norway in Washington, D.C. is the diplomatic mission of the Kingdom of Norway to the United States. Norway established an embassy in the United States in 1906, a year after Norwegian independence from Sweden. It is presently located at 2900 K Street, Suite 500, Northwest, Washington, D.C. The Embassy in Washington, D.C. is Norway's largest, with a staff of approximately 50, including representatives from a number of Norwegian ministries.
Fiji–Spain relations are the bilateral and diplomatic relations between these two countries. Spain has an embassy office in Suva which reports directly to the Spanish embassy in Wellington, New Zealand. Fiji maintains relations with Spain through its embassy in Belgium.
Australia–Kazakhstan relations are foreign relations between Australia and Kazakhstan. Both nations established diplomatic relations on 22 June 1992. Australia is accredited to Kazakhstan from its embassy in Moscow, Russia. Kazakhstan is accredited to Australia from its embassy in Singapore and maintains a consulate-general in Sydney.
