Emily Slosberg is an American politician who represented the Boca Raton area in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 through 2022 and is a member of the Florida Democratic Party. She ran in 2016 succeeding her father Irving Slosberg. She introduced a bill in 2018 to make it an offense to leave a young child in a car for more than 15 minutes. [1] [2]
Aileen Carol Wuornos was an American serial killer. In 1989–1990,while engaging in street prostitution along highways in Florida,she shot dead and robbed seven of her male clients. Wuornos claimed that her clients had either raped or attempted to rape her,and that the homicides of the men were committed in self-defense. Wuornos was sentenced to death for six of the murders. She was executed on October 9,2002,by lethal injection after spending more than 10 years on Florida's death row.

Caylee Marie Anthony was an American toddler who lived in Orlando,Florida,with her mother,Casey Marie Anthony,and her maternal grandparents,George and Cindy Anthony. On July 15,2008,she was reported missing in a 9-1-1 call made by Cindy,who said she had not seen Caylee for 31 days. According to what Cindy told the operators,Casey had given varied explanations as to Caylee's whereabouts before eventually saying she had not seen Caylee for weeks. Casey later called the police and falsely told a police dispatcher that Caylee had been kidnapped by a nanny on June 9. Casey was charged with first-degree murder in October 2008 and pleaded not guilty.

Irving Slosberg is a former Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives,representing the 91st District,which stretches from Boynton Beach to Boca Raton in southeastern Palm Beach County,from 2012 to 2016. Slosberg ran for state Senate twice:In 2006,when he lost a bid to the state Senate in the Democratic primary,and in 2016,when he again lost a bid to the state Senate in the Democratic primary,only earning 32% of the vote. He represented the 89th District from 2000 to 2002 and the 90th District from 2002 to 2006 and from 2010 to 2012. Slosberg returned to run for the State senate again,this time for district 29 being vacated by Kevin Rader,Slosberg lost to incumbent representative Tina Polsky in the primary.

In 2023,Quigley announced that she would start competing in triathlon events,but that she still plans to race track and field through 2024.
