Korean hip hop, also known as K-hip hop, is a subgenre of hip hop music from South Korea. It is widely considered to have originated in the late 1980s and early 1990s and has since become increasingly popular, both in Korea and abroad. In 2016, the Korea Foundation cited Korean hip hop as a new trend in the Korean Wave.
Swan Songs is an album released in 2005 by Epik High. This is Epik High's third album, originally intended to be their last. Featuring a variety and mix of hip hop, electronica, rock, and jazz, the album has been praised by music critics and the Korean mainstream public upon its debut. Upon release, the album was number one on numerous charts, and swept the year end hip-hop awards. "Fly" and "Paris" were the lead hit singles spawned from this release. "Fly" was also featured in the soundtrack of the video game FIFA 07. Due to the numerous offers to remake "Fly" as well as "Paris", a CD sampler was released in Japan.
Remapping the Human Soul is the fourth studio album by South Korean hip hop trio Epik High. It was released on January 23, 2007 and contains 27 tracks on two CDs. The album, which sold 120,301 copies in South Korea, was the country's third best-selling album of 2007.
Daniel Armand Lee, better known by his stage name Tablo, is a Korean-Canadian hip hop recording artist, lyricist, composer and record producer. Tablo is best known as the leader and producer of veteran Korean hip-hop group Epik High, and the founder of independent music label HIGHGRND, which houses bands Hyukoh and The Black Skirts.

Infinite is a South Korean boy band formed in 2010 by Woollim Entertainment. The group is composed of six members: Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong. Originally a seven-piece group, Infinite debuted in 2010 with their mini album First Invasion. Their first full album, Over the Top, was released in July 2011. Their mini-album New Challenge, released in March 2013, sold over 160,000 copies in South Korea alone and was one of the best-selling albums of 2013. Their second full album, Season 2, was released in May 2014.
Over the Top is the first studio album of South Korean boy band Infinite. It was released on July 21, 2011. The song "Be Mine" was used to promote the album. A repackaged version of the album was released on September 26, 2011 with the song "Paradise" as the lead single.

This is Epik High's first release under YG Entertainment.
