On August 28, 2024, Sabrowski was selected to the 40-man roster and promoted to the major leagues for the first time. [8] He made his MLB debut on September 4, striking out the first batter he faced and pitching 1+13 innings in relief for Cleveland, allowing one hit and striking out two batters. He also became the 5th player from Edmonton to appear in the major leagues. [1]

Sabrowski began the 2025 season on the injured list due to inflammation in his pitching elbow. [9] He was transferred to the 60-day injured list on April 26. [10] Sabrowski was activated to make his season debut on June 27. [11]
