Tajuan Ernest "Ty" Law is a former American football cornerback who played 15 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Michigan. He was drafted by the New England Patriots 23rd overall in the 1995 NFL Draft. Law is a two-time All-Pro, a five-time Pro Bowl selection, a Pro Bowl MVP, and he won three Super Bowls with the Patriots. His 53 career interceptions rank 24th all-time in NFL history; he is widely regarded as one of the best defensive backs of all time. Law was added to the New England Patriots Hall of Fame as its 20th member and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2019.
Andre Bernard Tippett is an American former professional football player who was an All-Pro linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons from 1982 to 1993, missing all of the 1989 season. He played college football for the Iowa Hawkeyes, where he was recognized as a consensus All-American in 1981. A second-round pick in the 1982 NFL Draft, Tippett played professionally for the New England Patriots for his entire pro career. Charles Carroll "Tony" Eason IV is a former quarterback. He played college football for the University of Illinois (1980–1982) and professional football for the New England Patriots (1983–1989) and New York Jets (1989–1990). He was selected in the first round of the legendary 1983 NFL Draft, in which 5 other future NFL starting quarterbacks were also drafted. During his stint with the Patriots, he continuously battled Patriots veteran quarterback Steve Grogan for the starting job, splitting starting quarterback duties with him for seven seasons. He was the primary starter for the 1985 Patriots team that made their first Super Bowl appearance in Super Bowl XX, though he was benched in favor of Grogan during the second quarter after failing to complete a pass and being harried by the legendary Chicago Bears defense. He returned in 1986 to lead the team to their first division title since 1978, though they would lose in the first round of the playoffs that year. After being cut in 1989 by the Patriots for refusing to take a pay cut, he was signed by the New York Jets and played in two seasons, mostly as a backup, before retiring after the 1990s season.
