On October 6, 2022, YG Entertainment announced that Lee would release his first album as a soloist, titled Error, on October 17. [6]

Produce 101 Season 2 was a 2017 boy group survival reality show on Mnet, and is the second season of the original South Korean version of the franchise. The public "produces" a boy group by choosing 11 members among 101 trainees from 54 entertainment companies through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public also chose the group's concept, debut song and group name. In the season finale on June 16, 2017, which was broadcast live, the show announced the final 11 members who would debut as Wanna One. The album was supported by the single "How Can I Love the Heartbreak, You're the One I Love", which reached atop on the Gaon Digital Chart and Billboard's K-pop Hot 100. Sailing received generally positive reviews from music critics, many of whom complimented AKMU's stylistic shift from their previous releases to more musical maturity.

The First Step: Treasure Effect is the debut studio album by South Korean boy band Treasure. It was released on January 11, 2021, through YG Entertainment. The album was released for pre-order on December 29, 2020. A music video for the album's "My Treasure" was released alongside the album. The digital version of the album contains 10 tracks, while the CD version contains 12 tracks. The physical album comes in three versions: Blue, Green and Orange. The album is primarily a K-pop record that combines hip hop, dance, dance-pop, pop, rap and ballad elements. The First Step: Treasure Effect is the fourth and final installment of The First Step series, following the group's single albums The First Step: Chapter One, The First Step: Chapter Two and The First Step: Chapter Three, all released in 2020 - all 3 single albums' songs appear on The First Step: Treasure Effect, along with the group's pre-debut song "Going Crazy".

Next Episode is the second extended play (EP) by South Korean brother-sister duo AKMU. It was released digitally on July 26, 2021, and physically on July 27, through YG Entertainment. The EP marks the duo's first album release in nearly two years, since Sailing in September 2019. Described as a "collaboration album", it comprises seven songs, with each track featuring a different artist. "Nakka" serves as the lead single for the album.

<i>Maxident</i> 2022 EP by Stray Kids

Maxident is the seventh Korean-language extended play and eleventh overall by South Korean boy band Stray Kids. It was released on October 7, 2022, through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records, seven months after the release of their preceding EP, Oddinary (2022). A portmanteau of "max" or "maximum" and "incident" or "accident", the EP saw the band take on a "love" concept for the first time. The album was written and produced primarily by 3Racha, alongside the group's other members and producers Raphael, Daviid, Yosia, Tak, 1Take, Kim Park Chella, Hong Ji-sang, Earattack, Chan's, and Darm. It consists of eight tracks, including the lead single "Case 143" and the Korean version of "Circus", originally from the band's Japanese EP of the same name.
