AKMU (, also known as Akdong Musician, is a South Korean duo consisting of siblings Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun signed to YG Entertainment. As prominent figures of South Korea, their musical impact in their native country has earned them numerous accolades and the honorific title "The Nation's Siblings". They are also cited as "musical prodigies" and "geniuses".
Play is the debut studio album by South Korean brother-sister duo, AKMU, and their first release since winning K-pop Star 2 in 2012. It was released through YG Entertainment on April 7, 2014.

During his time with the group, he played a significant role in the production and songwriting of their music, and is credited as the sole record producer for all of the group's releases. His contributions to iKon's second studio album, Return, for the lead single "Love Scenario", earned him the prestigious "Songwriter of the Year" award at the 2018 Melon Music Awards.
Kim Ji-won, known by his stage name Bobby (Korean: 바비) is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, and member of iKon. In 2016, he formed a sub-unit with Mino under the name MOBB. He is best known for finishing in first place on Mnet's survival show Show Me The Money 3.

Produce 101 Season 2 is a 2017 boy group survival reality show on Mnet, and is the second season of the original South Korean version of the franchise. The public "produces" a boy group by choosing 11 members among 101 trainees from 54 entertainment companies through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public also chose the group's concept, debut song and group name. In the season finale on June 16, 2017, which was broadcast live, the show announced the final 11 members who would debut as Wanna One. More than 16 million people cast their votes during the finale, equivalent to around 30% of South Korea's population.

Sailing received generally positive reviews from music critics, many of whom complimented AKMU's stylistic shift from their previous releases to more musical maturity.

The album was released for pre-order on December 29, 2020. A music video for the album's "My Treasure" was released alongside the album. The digital version of the album contains 10 tracks, while the CD version contains 12 tracks. The physical album comes in three versions: Blue, Green and Orange. The EP marks the duo's first album release in nearly two years, since Sailing in September 2019. Described as a "collaboration album", it comprises seven songs, with each track featuring a different artist. "Nakka" serves as the lead single for the album.
"Case 143" is a song recorded by South Korean boy band Stray Kids and the lead single from the group's seventh extended play Maxident, which was released on October 7, 2022, through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records. Written by 3Racha, Raphael of Producing Lab, and Daviid and Yosia of 3scape, "Case 143" is an electrohop and pop track, likening the confusion one feels when falling in love to an unsolved "case", referencing the number 143, a code for "I love you". The accompanying music video, directed by 725, premiered on the same day. The Japanese version was released on December 15.
"Love Lee" is a song by South Korean duo AKMU from their third EP Love Episode. It was released as a single alongside its B-side "Fry's Dream" on August 21, 2023, by YG Entertainment. The song is the duo's first music in about two years since their extended play Next Episode (2021). "Love Lee" debuted at number one on the Circle Digital Chart, the group's eighth number-one single. It stayed atop the chart for six non consecutive weeks.
"Batter Up" is the debut single by South Korean girl group BabyMonster. It was released on November 27, 2023, by YG Entertainment.
Only One is the debut EP by South Korean singer, songwriter, and producer Bang Ye-dam. It was released through GF Entertainment and distributed by Warner Music Korea on November 23, 2023. The album consists of songs primarily written by Bang himself. The EP is preceded by the release of "Miss You" as a pre-release single on November 10, 2023, before lead single, "Only One" was released on November 23, the same day as the album. The EP is Bang's first musical release following his hiatus after departing Treasure and YG Entertainment on November 8, 2022.
