Es la Nostalgia (English It's the nostalgia) is the 12th studio album by Mexican pop singer Daniela Romo . It was released in 2005.
The project followed the luck of its predecessor Ave Fénix since it was largely ignored because Daniela was busy in telenovelas. This time Daniela returns to her roots of romantic ballads under the supervision of Adrián Posse and Tina Galindo, she also count on famous Spanish songwriters like Rudy Pérez with the song "Sería Fácil" (It'd be easy) and the Argentinian singer Jairo with the songs "Es la nostalgia" and its French version "Quand un oiseau pleure" (When a bird cries), the facility of Daniela to pronounce French made this song to be selected to be part of an album of various French singers like Édith Piaf, Gilbert Bécaud, Charles Trenet, among others, being Daniela the only non-native French speaker. Mikel Erentxun is a Venezuelan-born Spanish rock musician of Basque heritage. Formerly with the group Duncan Dhu, he started his solo career in 1992. He has released 16 albums as a solo artist and has covered The Smiths' song, "There Is a Light That Never Goes Out", as "Esta luz nunca se apagará", as well as Morrissey's "Everyday Is Like Sunday" as "Todo es Igual Siempre". He has collaborated with Mark Gardener, Robert Quine, drummer Pete Thomas, Lloyd Cole, Matthew Sweet and Fred Maher. In 2005 the band the Lightning Seeds sued Erentxun for alleged plagiarism of their song "Pure", but it was finally dismissed.

La Cita is the tenth studio album by the Mexican pop singer Daniela Romo. This album was released on 1994 and it was produced by Bebu Silvetti. The producer took advantage of the telenovela "Si Dios Me Quita La Vida" to release this album that has the main theme of that soap opera. Sales were not good to the albums, when the critics were not impressed with the telenovela. Besides, Romo had a rival in that year in sales, Luis Miguel with Segundo Romance, with this album of the same genre.

This album was a return to the pop genre after the commercial and critical failure of her the cover album of rancheras La Cita, this was also her last album to make a significant impact on the Billboard charts and to be recognized in some way by the music industry awards.
