The first season of Escape the Night premiered on June 22, 2016, through YouTube Red. The premiere season showcased a total of ten guests invited to The Savant's party and required them to act and dress as various personas from the Roaring Twenties. [1] Once there, isolated from the outside world and tasked with surviving the night and escaping the historical era. [2]
In October 2015, the subscription service formerly known as YouTube Red, revealed upcoming projects such as Fight of the Living Dead , A Trip to Unicorn Island (2016), Single by 30 , and Scare PewDiePie . This also includes an untitled Joey Graceffa project that involves a murder mystery. [3] A year later, the subscription service teased clips of their upcoming murder mystery series. [4] Sam Gutelle, a writer from Tubefilter , described the potential series as "the board game Clue" which turns the party "into a whodunit, with each guest transformed into a suspect." [5] Joey Graceffa, the creator of the series, revealed in a Teen Vogue interview that "the idea for the project has been in the works for two years, and that he most looked forward to collaborating" with other YouTubers. [6]

Internet Icon is an online video-making talent competition that premiered on the YOMYOMF YouTube channel on June 12, 2012. The show was a competition between groups to see who can be "the next internet icon" or be able to run their own YouTube channel while sustaining an audience. Internet Icon was hosted by Chester See in season one and Chris Riedell in season two, and judged mainly by Ryan Higa and Christine Lakin in season one, with the addition of Timothy DeLaGhetto in the second season. Nick Riedell was also included as a mentor of the contestants in the second season. Additionally, there is also a guest judge who appears on the show each elimination episode. The contestants complete challenges at the Los Angeles Center Studios, where the show is also shot. The series is one of YOMYOMF's most popular. After two seasons, Internet Icon was cancelled, due to funding issues.

Each of the different series is posted on individual channels, each named after the respective series.
