The following is a list of the 494 communes of the Jura department of France.
Cergy-Pontoise is a new town and an agglomeration community in France, in the Val-d'Oise and Yvelines departments, northwest of Paris on the river Oise. It owes its name to two of the communes that it covers, Cergy and Pontoise. Its population is 206,654 (2017), in an area of 84.2 km2. Created in the 1970s, it became an agglomeration community in 2004.
Laval Agglomération is the communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Laval. It is located in the Mayenne department, in the Pays de la Loire region, western France. It was created in 2001 as the Communauté d'agglomération de Laval. It was merged with the former communauté de communes du Pays de Loiron to form the communauté d'agglomération Laval Agglomération on 1 January 2019. Its area is 686.1 km2. Its population was 113,854 in 2016, of which 49,573 in Laval proper.
Communauté d'agglomération Cœur d'Essonne is an agglomeration community, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, a southern suburb of Paris. It is located in the Essonne department, in the Île-de-France region, northern France. It was created in January 2016. Its area is 132.7 km2. Its population was 201,873 in 2018.
Golfe du Morbihan - Vannes Agglomération is the communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Vannes. It is located in the Morbihan department, in the Brittany region, northwestern France. It was created in January 2017 by the merger of the former Communauté d'agglomération Vannes Agglo with the former communautés de communes Loc'h Communauté and Presqu'île de Rhuys. Its area is 807.4 km2. Its population was 169,785 in 2018, of which 53,438 in Vannes proper.
Le Havre Seine Métropole is the communauté urbaine, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Le Havre. It is located in the Seine-Maritime department, in the Normandy region, northwestern France. It was created on 1 January 2019 by the merger of the former Agglomeration community of Le Havre and the communautés de communes Canton de Criquetot-l'Esneval and Caux Estuaire. Its area is 495.8 km2. Its population was 268,912 in 2018, of which 169,733 in Le Havre proper.
The Communauté d'agglomération du Beauvaisis is a communauté d'agglomération located in the Oise department and in the Hauts-de-France region of France. Its seat is in the town Beauvais. It was created on 1 January 2017 by merger of the former Communauté d'agglomération du Beauvaisis with the Communauté de communes rurales du Beauvaisis, and was expanded with 9 communes from the Communauté de communes de l'Oise Picarde in January 2018. Its area is 539.0 km2. Its population was 103,934 in 2020, of which 56,889 in Beauvais proper.
Roannais Agglomération is the communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Roanne. It is located in the Loire department, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, east-central France. It was created in January 2013 by the merger of the former Communauté d'agglomération Grand Roanne Agglomération with 4 former communautés de communes and 1 other commune. Its seat is in Roanne. Its area is 689.3 km2. Its population was 100,486 in 2017, of which 34,366 in Roanne proper.
Pays de Montbéliard Agglomération is the communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Montbéliard. Created on 1 January 2014, it is composed of 42 communes and seated in Oyonnax. Its area is 688.8 km2. Its population was 63,099 in 2018, of which 22,336 in Oyonnax proper. Originally a communauté de communes, the intercommunality became a communauté d'agglomération on 1 January 2018.

Its seat is Digne-les-Bains. Its area is 1574.0 km2. Its population was 47,382 in 2018, which is 29% of the population of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
