Eva Boto (born December 1, 1995) is a Slovenian singer. She represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan, with "Verjamem"
The Slovenia men's national ice hockey team is the ice hockey team representing Slovenia internationally. It is governed by the Ice Hockey Federation of Slovenia. As of May 2024, Slovenia is ranked 19th in the world by the IIHF World Ranking. The team's biggest success is reaching the quarter-finals at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Jelena Rozga is a Croatian pop, folk, and electropop singer. Born and raised in Split, Croatia, Rozga was a ballet dancer as a child. She rose to fame in 1996, when she became the lead singer of Magazin, a pop band famous in Croatia. She served as the band's lead singer until 2006, releasing a total of five studio albums. During the ten years, the band released numerous commercially and critically successful singles including "Ginem", "Minut' srca tvog" and "Minus i plus" among others.
Martina Majerle is a Croatian singer of mixed Croatian and Slovenian descent. Majerle represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia with the string quartet Quartissimo with the song "Love Symphony". It competed in the second semi-final but failed to reach the final. Martina has also been a backing vocalist for several countries in various editions of the contest.
Novica Urošević was a Serbian folk singer and composer. Some of his most famous folk song compositions include: Ne može nam niko ništa, Ne daj da nas rastave, Svako traži novu ljubav, and Poslednji boem. He had composed many songs and written lyrics for many singers, including Mitar Mirić, Zorica Brunclik, Jašar Ahmedovski, Ipče Ahmedovski, Jasmin Muharemovic, Šerif Konjević, Šeki Turković, Dragana Mirković, Zorica Marković, Nada Topčagić, Nedeljko Bajić Baja etc. He has also made great hits for Šaban Šaulić, Miroslav Ilić, and Bora Spužić Kvaka.
Slovenia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song "Verjamem" written by Vladimir Graić, Hari Mata Hari and Igor Pirkovič. The song was performed by Eva Boto. Songwriter Hari Mata Hari represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the song "Lejla" where he placed third in the grand final of the competition. Slovenian broadcaster Radiotelevizija Slovenija organised the national final Misija EMA 2012 in order to select the Slovenian entry for the 2012 contest in Baku, Azerbaijan. 32 performers competed in the first stage of the national final, Misija Evrovizija, from which two artists qualified to compete in Misija EMA 2012 following a five-month-long competition. In Misija EMA 2012, the winner was selected over two rounds of voting. In the first round, each artist performed three songs and one song were selected for each performer following the combination of votes from a four-member jury panel and a public televote. In the second round, "Verjamem" performed by Eva Boto was selected as the winner entirely by a public televote.

Hannah was announced at the Slovenian representative on 1 February 2013, while the song, "Straight into Love", was presented to the public on 14 February 2013.
Sara Jovanović, professionally known as Sara Jo, is a Serbian singer, songwriter, model and actress. Born in Rome, she came to prominence upon competing on Prvi glas Srbije in 2012, finishing in 3rd place. Subsequently, as a member of Moje 3, Jovanović represented Serbia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden with "Ljubav je svuda". They placed 11th in the semi final, failing to reach the grand final.
Snežana Babić, better known as Sneki, is a Serbian singer. Born in Pančevo, she made her recording debut in 1988. Sneki had a memorable performance of the song "Moje vruće haljine" in the fourth instalment of the movie Tesna Koža (1991) alongside actor Milan Gutović in the lead role. In 2020, Babić was honored with the Life Achievement Award from the Union of the Musical Artists of Serbia (SEMUS).

Senida Hajdarpašić, known by her stage name Senidah, is a Slovenian singer-songwriter. Often dubbed the "Balkan Trap Diva" by the media, she was born in Ljubljana and rose to prominence as the lead singer of the band Muff. She rose to popularity across the former Yugoslavia upon the release of her solo single "Slađana" in March 2018.
Slovenia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy, with the song "Disko", written and performed by group LPS. The Slovenian entry for the 2022 contest was selected via a two-stage national final organised by the Radiotelevizija Slovenija (RTVSLO). The first stage EMA Freš began on 29 November 2021 with the purpose of selecting four newcomer artists to advance to the second stage EMA 2022. The national final featured twenty entries competing across two semi-finals on 5 and 12 February 2022, and the final on 19 February 2022, where a combination of jury and public voting decided the Slovenian representative in Turin among twelve entries.
Savo Radusinović was a Serbian folk singer. Radusinović was born in Podgorica in 1954. In 1978 he recorded his first single, "Šesnaest Ti Leta Beše". He appeared at many music festivals throughout Yugoslavia and was popular on the folk music scene.
The 2024–25 season is the 20th season in the history of NK Olimpija Ljubljana, and the club's 11th consecutive season in the Slovenian PrvaLiga. In addition to the domestic league, the team is scheduled to participate in the Slovenian Cup and the UEFA Conference League.
