Scorn is an English electronic music project. The group was formed in the early 1990s as a project of former Napalm Death members Mick Harris and Nic Bullen. Bullen left the group in 1995, and the project continued on an essentially solo project for Harris until 1997 when it was stopped. Scorn was relaunched in 2000 until the end of 2011. Harris restarted the project in 2019, but stopped it again in late 2022.

Giant Sand is an American musical group from Tucson, Arizona, United States. Its most constant member is singer-songwriter Howe Gelb. The groups have developed idiosyncratic sound rooted in alternative country, but touching on a wide range of other styles and featuring Gelb's beatnik-influenced vocals and songwriting. Since about 2012, they have also performed as Giant Giant Sand when featuring a larger ensemble than their traditional four to six musicians.

Fudge Tunnel were an English band formed in Nottingham by Alex Newport, David Ryley and Adrian Parkin. They were known for straddling noise rock and metal, with their sound being compared to American band Melvins.
The Beatmasters are an English electronic music group who gained success in the UK in the late 1980s with four top 20 hit singles. They then went on to produce and remix records for other artists, including Pet Shop Boys, Erasure and Marc Almond. The group's string of chart hit singles include "Burn It Up", "Hey DJ! ", "Who's in the House" and "Rok da House". The latter, having been recorded in 1986, is one of the earliest examples of hip house and most likely the first song of the genre. Hip house is a subgenre of house music which features rap vocals performed over a house rhythm track.

Along with the ten-volume encyclopedia, Larkin also wrote the book All Time Top 1000 Albums, and edited the Guinness Who's Who of Jazz, the Guinness Who's Who of Blues, and the Virgin Encyclopedia of Heavy Rock. He has over 650,000 copies in print.

Gyral is an album by Scorn, originally released in 1995 on Scorn Recordings. Nic Bullen left the group in 1995, so the project continued on as an essentially solo project for Mick Harris. As a result, much output since Gyral has been minimalist beats with an emphasis on very deep bass lines, often resembling dub and trip hop in structure.
The Covenant, The Sword and the Arm of the Lord is the seventh full-length studio album by the electronic band Cabaret Voltaire. The album was released through Some Bizzare Records in November 1985. The album's title was shortened to The Arm of the Lord for the United States.
Yaggfu Front is a hip hop group from North Carolina. Their group name is an acronym which stands for You Are Gonna Get Fucked Up Front. Band members are Spin 4th, D'Ranged & Damaged and Jingle Bel. Working as late night DJs at NCSU Radio Station WKNC, they landed a record deal with Mercury Records and released their first single, "Lookin’ For A Contract" in early 1993. In 1994, they released their first studio album, Action Packed Adventure, a concept album with jazz influences. The album received 3.5 mics out of 5 in the hip-hop magazine The Source in February 1994. The album was barely promoted and did not sell well, prompting the group to request that they be released from PolyGram Records. They disappeared until 2002, around which point some members of the group were working with the Demigodz. Around that time, they released The Secret Tapes, a compilation of material recorded during their most successful stint in the game, 1992 to 1995.

British Lions were a short-lived British rock band, together from 1977 to 1979, with former members of Mott and Medicine Head. They toured Britain extensively, as support to Status Quo, whose management they shared, and AC/DC, but were more successful in America. They released two studio albums with little commercial success in the UK. Their second album was rejected by RSO and then by Vertigo, and they disbanded in 1979. The release rights were acquired by Cherry Red, who released it the following year. Their debut album was reissued in 2023 by Think Like A Key Music.
