Vegas is the debut studio album by American electronic music duo the Crystal Method, released on August 26, 1997 by Outpost Recordings.
"Crystal" is a song by the English rock band New Order. It is one of the band's fastest and most guitar-orientated singles. The song was released on 13 August 2001 as the first single from their seventh album Get Ready. It entered the UK Singles Chart at number eight, attracting considerable attention and critical praise as the band's comeback single, their first original since 1993. The song also found moderate success internationally, peaking at number three in Canada, number seven in Finland, and reaching the top 50 in Germany, Ireland, Italy, and Sweden.
"The Future" is a song from Prince's 1989 Batman soundtrack, and the final single released from the album. The single was not the album version, but a remixed version by S'Express' Mark Moore and William Orbit. "The Future" was released as a single only in Europe. The standard European 7-inch single was backed with the album version of "Electric Chair", but on the maxi-single, "Electric Chair" was also remixed by Moore and Orbit. Moore and Orbit's remix of "The Future" is house-inspired, whereas Prince's original is minimalistic. Moore and Orbit substituted a muted, pulsating beat in place of the original elements of Prince's song. Moore and Orbit also removed Prince's original bassline, synthline, and snippets of sampled dialogue. This would be the last time Orbit would work with Prince for several years. In most countries, neither "The Future" nor its B-side were a hit on the pop or dance floors. The single peaked at #9 in the Dutch charts.
Van She is an electropop band formed in 2002 in Sydney, Australia, with Matt Van Schie on bass guitar/vocals, Tomek Archer on drums/sequencer, Michael Di Francesco on synth/guitar and Nicholas Routledge on vocals/guitar. The band's debut album, V was released on the Australian label Modular Recordings in August 2008, which peaked at #10 on the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) album charts. Their label introduced them as a "new band from Sydney fresh on ideas, fresher than Flavor Flav, fresh like coriander, fresher than the Fresh Prince, fresher than fresh eggs." Despite these claims, the band began with a sound very much rooted in the 1980s, heavy on synthesizer, although later material reflects a more textured sound. They also do remixes of other artists' work both under their own name and as the offshoot, Van She Technologic.
Air is a visual novel developed by Key and published by VisualArt's in 2000. The story follows Yukito Kunisaki, a traveler who arrives in a quiet seaside town during summer who is on a search for the "girl in the sky" that his now-deceased mother told him about and was searching for too. In town, Yukito meets three strange girls and Yukito begins to suspect that one of them may in fact be the girl he has been searching for. It was adapted by Toei Animation into an animated film in 2005 directed by Osamu Dezaki with music direction by Yoshikazu Suo. Kyoto Animation also adapted it into a 13-episode anime television series broadcast in 2005, along with an additional two episodes also broadcast in 2005, directed by Tatsuya Ishihara with music direction by Shinji Orito. The discography of Air and its anime adaptations consists of one EP, one single, two soundtracks, and three remix albums.
"(Can't You) Trip Like I Do" is a reworking of "Trip Like I Do", a song featured on The Crystal Method's debut album Vegas. The track was recorded for the 1997 film adaptation of the Spawn comic book series. The song was co-written by Richard Patrick of Filter, who also appeared on vocals and guitars and in the song's video. "(Can't You) Trip Like I Do" is the opening song on the film's soundtrack release, Spawn: The Album and is heard in the end credits. The song was also used for the theatrical trailer of The Matrix and promotional trailers for the Enter the Matrix video game but it does not appear in the film or on the soundtrack.
Crystal Visions... The Very Best of Stevie Nicks is a compilation album released by the American singer-songwriter and Fleetwood Mac vocalist Stevie Nicks. It features songs from her solo career, as well as her career with Fleetwood Mac. It includes her hit singles, a dance remix, and one new track, a live version of Led Zeppelin's "Rock and Roll". Three singles were culled from the album: "Rock and Roll", "Landslide", and a remixed version of "Stand Back". There are two versions of this album, one with just the audio CD and another version with an included DVD featuring all of Nicks' music videos with audio commentary from Nicks, as well as rare footage from the Bella Donna recording sessions. The album debuted and peaked at No. 21 in the US selling 33,944 copies in its first week. The album spent a total of 12 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart, and had sold 348,000 copies as of February 2011. The album is certified gold in Australia and the UK.
"To France" is a single by musician Mike Oldfield, released in 1984. It is from the album Discovery and features Maggie Reilly on vocals.
The Best of Crystal Waters is the first official compilation of Crystal Waters's music output. It was released on August 11, 1998, on Universal/Polygram. It includes most of the singles taken from her three full-length studio releases; Surprise (1991), Storyteller (1994) and Crystal Waters (1997). Also included are the non-LP tracks "The Boy from Ipanema" and "In De Ghetto".
"Points of Authority" is a song by Linkin Park as the fourth track taken from their first studio album, Hybrid Theory. Mike Shinoda's verses originally had different lyrics, and Chester Bennington's parts became no different from the Hybrid Theory version. The song was released in 2001 as a promo release. A CD single for the song was set to be released in the UK in September 2001, but instead, "Papercut" was released as the third single from the album. It was later planned as the fifth official single from the album, planned for a January 2002 release but was cancelled for unknown reasons. In its place, the song's remix version was released.
Complete Best is a compilation album by Sweetbox that was released on 12 December 2007. It came packaged as two discs, the first entitled Classic Flavors, the second Fan Flavors. First press editions of the album also came presented in another box bearing the same artwork as the album.
"Take You There" is the second single from Pete Rock & CL Smooth's second album, The Main Ingredient, released in 1994. The song samples "Risin' to the Top" by Keni Burke. It features vocalist Crystal Johnson on the chorus. The B-Side is a remix of the album track "Get On The Mic" from The Main Ingredient. The song peaked at #76 on the Billboard Hot 100.
"Ooh Yeah" is a song by American electronica musician Moby. It was released as the fourth and final single from his eighth studio album Last Night on November 23, 2008 as a digital download.
Divided by Night is electronic duo The Crystal Method's fourth studio album. The album was released on May 12, 2009. The first single, "Drown in the Now", which features vocals by Matisyahu, was released to the iTunes Store on April 14, 2009, and the second single, "Black Rainbows" was released to the Beatport store on April 28, 2009. On October 5, 2009, they released the third single, "Come Back Clean" also exclusively to Beatport.

"Crimewave" is a song performed by Canadian experimental band Crystal Castles and American noise rock band Health from Crystal Castles' self-titled debut album. The song acts as both Crystal Castles and Health's debut singles in addition to being the first single from the album Crystal Castles. It was first released on August 13, 2007 by Trouble Records, accompanied by the B-side "XxzxcuZx Me". The song is a re-working of the Health original track of the same name written by the band members of Health for their eponymous debut album. It was re-written by Ethan Kath of Crystal Castles. Kath also produced the re-worked track. The song contains prominent electro and chiptune musical characteristics. The track consists of only three lyric lines and has been said to tell a story about the sadness and ennui one might experience when locked inside a Pac-Man maze for eternity.
Ronald K. Keys Jr. aka DJ Swamp is an American hip hop DJ, turntablist, producer and vocalist. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. He currently resides in Los Angeles, United States. In 1996, he won the title of US DMC Champion, his first year entering the tournament. Currently he is touring with the band Ministry. Swamp toured with Beck for four years and later broke away into a solo career with his release "Never is Now" in 2001. Alternative Press gave "Never is Now" an 8/10 rating.
"Wild Frontier" is the twenty-third single released by the British electronic band The Prodigy. It was released on 23 February 2015, for their album The Day Is My Enemy. The cover art was designed by Austrian artist and designer Moritz Resl.
Crystal Sky is the fourth studio album by German recording artist Lena Meyer-Landrut. It was released on digital retailers on 15 May 2015 via We Love Music and Universal Music. The album includes productions by Biffco and Beatgees. The sound is described as electronic sounds with pop influences. The lead single "Traffic Lights" was released in native Germany and across Europe on May 1, 2015. Crystal Sky peaked number 2 on the German Albums Chart.
"Mic Drop" is a song recorded in two languages by South Korean boy band BTS. The Korean version was originally included as a B-side track on the band's fifth extended play, Love Yourself: Her (2017), and later remixed by American producer and DJ Steve Aoki. The remix was released as the second single from the EP on November 24, 2017 by Big Hit Entertainment and features a guest appearance by American rapper Desiigner. It was serviced to US contemporary hit radio on December 5, 2017, as a single in that country. The Japanese-language version of "Mic Drop" was released on December 6, 2017 by Universal Music Japan as a triple A-side single album that included "DNA" and a new, original song "Crystal Snow", both also in Japanese. Both the Korean and Japanese versions of the song were written by Supreme Boi, "Hitman" Bang, J-Hope, RM, and Pdogg, with the latter of the five solely handling production. The remix version was also written by the same songwriters, with additional songwriting by Aoki, Desiigner, Tayla Parx, Flowsik, and Shae Jacobs. It was produced by Aoki, with Pdogg providing additional production. An EDM and trap song with hip hop leanings, the lyrics celebrate BTS' numerous achievements.
