Everything I Want to Be is a compilation album recorded by the British singer/producer Jack Lucien.
Everything I Want to Be was initially meant to serve as Lucien's third studio album, with its track-listing being published in July 2011. However, he stated on Twitter in September 2011 that instead, he was heading back to the studio and he would release a compilation album, featuring five new songs as well as old and never heard before material.
"State of Mind" was released as a download single on 26 June 2011. [1] "Be With You" was originally promoted as a single to accompany the album, but nothing ever came of a proper release.
"Hook U Up" was recorded in 2009 to accompany Lucien's first foray into TV presenting Matchmaker. [2] The single was released in 2010 and it is his first song since 2004's "Gone Before It Happens" to have a music video.
"Be With You" samples "Boig per tu" by Sau [3] and "You're Leaving Me" is an English language cover of Jeanette's "Porque te vas", translated into English by Patsy Kensit and Elizabeth Hurley. [4]

Ana Torroja Fungairiño, 3rd Marchioness of Torroja, is a Spanish singer. She was the lead singer of the pop trio Mecano, considered one of the most popular pop bands from Spain during the 1980s and 1990s. Mecano split in 1998 and she embarked on a solo career.
Janette Anne Dimech, known professionally as Jeanette, is a Spanish singer and songwriter. She first rose to prominence as the lead singer of Pic-Nic, a teenage folk-pop band that found success in 1968 with her song "Cállate, niña". Jeanette returned as a solo artist in 1971 with the Hispavox single "Soy rebelde", which redefined her career as a romantic balladist and was a hit across the Spanish-speaking world, becoming a generational anthem.
Marisela Hernandez, commonly known as Marisela, is a Mexican-American singer. In 1984, she recorded her first album at the age of 18, and continued to release albums into the 1990s. Her cover version of Barbara George's single "I Know ", titled "Ya No", peaked at number-one in the Billboard Latin Songs chart in 1990. As a child she starred in Villa Alegre.
"Porque te vas" is a song by English-born Spanish singer Jeanette, written by José Luis Perales and produced by Rafael Trabucchelli for record label Hispavox in 1974.

Aron Erlichman, better known by his stage name Deuce, is an American rapper, music producer and guitarist. Brought to fame as a member of the rap rock band Hollywood Undead, Deuce departed from Hollywood Undead in 2010 and has since moved on to solo work through the label "Five Seven Music", a branch of Eleven Seven Music. He was formerly involved in a movement with fellow rapper Truth called "Nine Lives". Deuce released his debut album of the same name on April 24, 2012, which sold 11,425 copies in its first week. Deuce has also collaborated with artists NXTREADY, Ronnie Radke, Brokencyde and Blood on the Dance Floor.
Time of My Life is the fifth studio album by American rock band 3 Doors Down. It was released on July 19, 2011. The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and sold 59,800 copies in its first week of its release. The singles from the album included "When You're Young", "Every Time You Go", "What's Left", "Back to Me", and the title track "Time of My Life". Corazón de poeta is the fourth studio album by English-born Spanish singer Jeanette, released in June 1981 by RCA Victor. The album was almost entirely written and produced by composer Manuel Alejandro, who had written "Soy rebelde", Jeanette's 1971 breakthrough as a canción melódica singer. After releasing an LP record in France and an unsuccessful foray into disco in Germany, Corazón de poeta was Jeanette's return to fame, as well as to the soft, sentimental ballads she had been known for. Corazón de poeta intended to reinvent Jeanette's childlike image into a more mature one, reflected in its erotic tone and its promotional campaign.
Deseo (Desire) is the eleventh studio album by Mexican recording artist Paulina Rubio, released on September 14, 2018 through Universal Music Spain, seven years after its predecessor Brava! (2011).
