Dokken is an American glam metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1979. It split up in 1989 and reformed four years later. The band had several hit singles which charted on the Billboard Hot 100, such as "Alone Again", "In My Dreams", and "Burning Like a Flame", and have sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. The live album Beast from the East was nominated for the inaugural Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 1989.
Dio was an American heavy metal band formed in 1982 and led by vocalist Ronnie James Dio. Dio left Black Sabbath with intentions to form a new band with fellow former Black Sabbath member Vinny Appice, the band's drummer. The name Dio was chosen because it made sense from a commercial standpoint, as the name was already well known at that time.

George Lynch is an American guitarist and songwriter. He is best known for his work with heavy metal band Dokken and his post-Dokken solo band Lynch Mob. Lynch is considered to be one of the most famous and influential 1980s metal guitarists and is known for his unique playing style and sound. He is ranked No. 47 on "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" by Guitar World magazine and No. 10 on "Top 10 Metal Guitarists of All Time" by Gibson.

Jeffrey Steven Pilson is an American musician best known for being the bass player in Dokken and currently classic rock band Foreigner. He has also had an extended stint with Dio in the 1990s. He is a multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, cello, keyboards, piano and mellotron. Pilson played fictional heavy metal bassist Jörgen in the 2001 film Rock Star, and voiced Johnny Cage in the 2011 video game Mortal Kombat.
Lynch Mob was an American hard rock band featuring former Dokken guitarist George Lynch. He has been the band's only permanent member.
Wicked Sensation is the debut album by American rock band Lynch Mob. It was George Lynch's first release since leaving Dokken. Singer Oni Logan provided vocals, contributed to the lyrics and composition and also played harmonica. Also joining George was former Dokken drummer Mick Brown. The album had two successful singles, with "River of Love" climbing to the No. 19 spot on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart and "Wicked Sensation" reaching No. 31.
Leonardo Gustavo Gimenez, better known by his stage name Oni Logan, is an Argentine American singer, best known as the original lead vocalist of the rock band Lynch Mob. He joined the band in 1990, only to leave after the release of the first album. He rejoined in the late 2000s, then subsequently left and rejoined several times, with his final exit being 2020 when the band ended.

Syzygy is a three-song EP by the American rock band Lynch Mob released in 1998 just after George Lynch left Dokken for another time; Mick Brown decided to stay with Dokken but did perform on the EP. Syzygy saw the return of original Lynch Mob vocalist Oni Logan, and the departure of Robert Mason. The band broke up again after a single writing session, which resulted in Syzygy.

Unplugged: Live from Sugarhill Studios is the third EP by American rock band Lynch Mob, and the first record the band performed acoustic versions of their songs. Drummer Scot Coogan left the band and Brian Tichy (ex-Whitesnake) replaced him, but for the EP he plays guitars.

The End Machine is the first album by American supergroup The End Machine. It was released on March 22, 2019, and produced by bass player Jeff Pilson for Italian music label Frontiers Records. It was preceded by the single "Alive Today" on January 11, 2019. According to a 2021 interview with guitarist George Lynch, the band is an intentional return to the classic Dokken sound.
