Ewa Rydell (born 26 February 1942) is a Swedish former artistic gymnast who won two medals at the 1963 European Championships. [1] [2] She competed at the 1960 and 1964 Olympics and finished in the 11th and 8th place with the Swedish team, respectively. Her father Sven Rydell won a bronze medal in football at the 1924 Olympics. [3]

She helped her team to win an Olympic silver medal, a world title and a world silver medal. She liked all the events equally, though she excelled in vaulting and floor. Dănuț "Dan" Grecu is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast who specialized in rings. In 1974 he became Romania’s first world champion in artistic gymnastics and was named Romanian Athlete of the Year. Grecu competed at the 1972, 1976 and 1980 Olympics and won a bronze medal in 1976; he had to withdraw from the 1980 Olympics due to a muscle tear sustained on the rings. In addition to his 1974 gold medal he won two world and two European medals on the rings. He retired due to injuries to his shoulder and biceps sustained in training while preparing to the 1980 Olympics.

Hana Říčná is a former artistic gymnast who represented Czechoslovakia at the 1988 Summer Olympics, finishing seventh in the team final and 29th in the all-around final. She won two medals at the World Championships, a silver on beam in 1983 and a bronze on the uneven bars in 1985. Hana competed in the Olomouc Friendship Games, held as an alternative to the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, which the Soviet Union and eight other socialist states boycotted, where she won a silver medal in the all around and on beam. She also won a silver medal on beam at the 1985 European Championships.

Kelly Garrison-Funderburk, formerly known as Kelly Garrison-Steves, is a retired American artistic gymnast. An elite gymnast for eight years, she represented the United States at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. In addition to her Olympic experience, she participated in the 1983, 1985 and 1987 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She was a two-time winner of the Honda Sports Award.
