The fourth series of Ex on the Beach , a British television programme, began airing on 19 January 2016 on MTV. [1] The series concluded on 8 March 2016 after eight episodes. The group of cast members for this series include Geordie Shore star Scotty T, and Judge Geordie guest Lewis Good. Star of Magaluf Weekender Jordan Davies also made his return to the series having appeared during the third series, as well as Megan McKenna from the previous series. The series was filmed in Portugal. [2]
Whilst this series was airing, both Scotty T and Megan were both appearing in the seventeenth series or Celebrity Big Brother . [3] Scotty T later went on to win the series. [4] Olivia Walsh later returned to the fifth "all star" series, along with Jordan who returned to make his third appearance on the show. [5] In 2017, Kieran Lee took part in the eighteenth series of Big Brother , but was evicted during the final week. [6] Jordan Davies also took part in the twentieth series of Celebrity Big Brother in August 2017.
The official list of cast members were released on 15 December 2015. They include four boys; Joe Delaney, Lewis Good, Scotty T and Youssef Hassane, and four girls; Helen Briggs, Nancy-May Turner, Naomi Hedman and Olivia Walsh. [7] With the announcement of the line-up it was also confirmed that Megan McKenna and Jordan Davies would be making their return to the series as exes. Both previously appeared during Series 3 of the show, whilst Jordan was known for appearing on Magaluf Weekender . Scotty T, star of Geordie Shore was named amongst the cast members, as well as Lewis Good, who is known for appearing on Judge Geordie .
All original cast members arrived at the beach during the first episode and were immediately told to prepare for the arrival of their exes. Olivia's ex-boyfriend James Moore made his debut appearance during the first episode to stir up trouble in the villa, then Kieran Lee, the ex-boyfriend of Helen Briggs arrived looking for love. [8] During the second episode, the group were shocked to discover that the exes could arrive anywhere, not just at the beach, as Gina Barrett arrived wanting to rekindle her romance with her ex-boyfriend Joe. Ashleigh Defty also turned up on the beach as an ex of Scotty T's. The third episode saw the debut of Youssef's one night stand Lacey Fuller, and the Tablet of Terror delivered another shock when Nancy-May was forced to ask one of her housemates to leave the villa. She chose Youssef. Jordan Davies arrived during the fourth episode as an ex one night stand of Lacey, however he was joined by his girlfriend Megan McKenna. Following a violent confrontation with Jordan, Lewis was removed from the villa and did not return. During the fifth episode, Helen's second ex Chet Johnson arrived on the beach, and both instantly rekindled their relationship. James Moore's ex, Kristina Metcalf debuted in the sixth episode arriving during his date with Ashleigh looking to stir things up. The seventh episode featured Gina's next ex, Alex Kippen who arrived to instantly cause trouble. The Tablet of Terror then sprung a surprise on Gina, ordering her to send one of her exes home; Alex or Joe. She chose Joe. Kristina also decided to leave the villa during this episode after feeling isolated. The final ex of the series, Brandon Myers arrived during the eighth episode as Lacey's ex-boyfriend.

Geordie Shore is a British reality television series that has been broadcast on MTV UK from 24 May 2011. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, it was the British offshoot of the American show Jersey Shore. The programme follows the daily lives of 8–12 housemates, as they live together for a number of weeks. In the first series, the house was located in Jesmond, a suburb of Newcastle. Since the second series, the show has used a house in the Oceana Business Park in Wallsend.
The first series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne, began airing on 24 May 2011 on MTV. The series concluded on 12 July 2011 after 6 episodes and 2 specials including a reunion show hosted by Russell Kane and an episode counting down the best bits of the series. From 23 August 2011 until 30 August 2011, 2 Magaluf specials aired on MTV, however these episodes are featured on the series 2 DVD. The series included the turbulent relationship of Holly with Dan coming to an end, the beginning of Gaz and Charlotte's ongoing love/hate relationship, and Jay and Vicky's rocky relationship. This was the only series to feature Greg Lake.
Gary "Gaz" Beadle is an English reality television personality from Prudhoe, Northumberland, known primarily for appearing in the MTV reality series Geordie Shore from 2011 to 2017. In 2015, he appeared in the second series of Ex on the Beach, and later returned to take part in the All Stars fifth series in 2016. In 2019, Beadle began starring in the MTV series Geordie OGs, a spinoff series of Geordie Shore.

Celebrity Big Brother 17 was the seventeenth series of the British reality television series Celebrity Big Brother, hosted by Emma Willis and narrated by Marcus Bentley. The series launched on 5 January 2016 on Channel 5 in the United Kingdom and TV3 in the Republic of Ireland, and concluded 32 days later on 5 February 2016, making it the longest celebrity series to date, along with Celebrity Big Brother 19 and Celebrity Big Brother 21. It was the tenth celebrity series and the fifteenth series of Big Brother overall to air on Channel 5. First details of the series were released on 7 December 2015 when the new eye was released, and a new "vaudeville theatre" theme also being confirmed.

The group of cast members for this series included star of Geordie Shore Vicky Pattison, and she was joined by two of her exes, fellow Geordie Shore cast member Ricci Guarnaccio, and Dan Conn who had briefly appeared during the sixth series of the Newcastle based show.
The second series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme, began airing on 27 January 2015 on MTV. The series concluded on 17 March 2015 after 8 episodes. The series was confirmed in July 2014 when it was announced that filming would begin soon. Exes for this series included stars of Geordie Shore Charlotte Crosby and Gary Beadle.
The third series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme, began airing on 11 August 2015 on MTV. The series concluded on 13 October 2015 after 10 episodes. The group of cast members for this series included former The Only Way Is Essex star Kirk Norcross, whilst exes featured star of Geordie Shore and series 1 returnee Vicky Pattison as well as Rogan O'Connor who was an original cast member from the second series. Jordan Davies also joined the series as an ex having already appeared in Magaluf Weekender as well as Cami-Li, who appeared in fifteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother earlier in the year. This was the first series where the "Tablet of Terror" gave the cast members the decision to evict one another in evil twists. As well as this, it was the first series to include a same-sex ex. The series was filmed in Cancún, Mexico.
Megan Elizabeth McKenna is an English television personality and singer. After making appearances on Ex on the Beach (2015–2016), she received wider attention for appearing on Celebrity Big Brother (2016) and The Only Way Is Essex (2016–2017). McKenna then launched her music career, releasing her debut studio album, Story of Me (2018), and she later went on to win The X Factor: Celebrity (2019). Since her win, McKenna has continued to release music, and has competed in the BBC series Celebrity MasterChef.
The twelfth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne was confirmed on 23 May 2015 when it was confirmed that MTV had renewed the series for a further three series taking it up to the thirteenth series. The series was filmed in October and November 2015 and began airing on 15 March 2016. This was the first series not to include Kyle Christie since he made his exit during the previous series, and was the first to feature new cast members Chantelle Connelly and Marty McKenna, who had previously appeared during the third series of Ex on the Beach.
The fifth series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme, began on 16 August 2016 on MTV, and concluded on 18 October 2016 after ten episodes. The series was confirmed on 8 March 2016 after the final episode of the fourth series, where it was also announced that past contestants would return to the series with "unfinished business". On 5 July 2016, it was confirmed that this would be an "All stars" series with all eight cast members previously appearing in past series. They were eventually joined by exes which also included ex-cast members as well as new ones. The series was filmed in Koh Samui, Thailand.
The sixth series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme, began on 17 January 2017 on MTV. The series was confirmed on 2 November 2016. The group of cast members for this series included Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers, former The Only Way Is Essex star Nicole Bass and Love Island series 1 contestant Josh Ritchie. It also featured the return of Ross Worswick following his appearance in the first series of the show.
The fourteenth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne, was confirmed on 31 October 2016 when cast member Scotty T announced that he would be taking a break from the series to focus on other commitments. The series was filmed in November 2016, and began airing on 28 March 2017. Ahead of the series, it was also confirmed that original cast member Holly Hagan had quit the show, following her exit in the previous series. On 28 February 2017, it was announced that eight new cast members had joined for this series. Zahida Allen, Chelsea Barber, Sam Bentham, Sarah Goodhart, Abbie Holborn, Elettra Lamborghini, Billy Phillips and Eve Shannon all appeared throughout the series hoping to become permanent members of the cast, and in the series finale, Holborn was chosen. Goodhart and Allen both previously appeared on Ex on the Beach, with the former appearing on the third series of the show as the ex-girlfriend of current Geordie Shore cast member Marty McKenna. Lamborghini has also appeared on Super Shore and participated in the fifth season of Gran Hermano VIP, the Spanish version of Celebrity Big Brother. It was also confirmed that Scotty T would return later in the series.
The seventh series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme that aired on 20 June 2017 on MTV. The group of cast for this series include Geordie Shore stars Chloe Ferry and Marty McKenna, Love Island contestants Max Morley and Josh Ritchie, as well as Beauty School Cop Outs cast member Savannah Kemplay. Star of series five David Hawley also featured in this series. Marty and Josh had also previously appeared in the third and sixth series of the show respectively.
The eighth series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme premiered on 20 March 2018. The series was confirmed in August 2017. The cast members for this series were confirmed on 20 February 2018, and includes Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson as well as The X Factor contestant, and Stereo Kicks and Union J singer Casey Johnson.
The ninth series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme began on 15 August 2018, The series was confirmed at the end of the eighth series final episode in May 2018. The cast members for this series were confirmed on 23 July 2018, and features former Made in Chelsea cast member Daisy Robins, as well as The Valleys star Natalee Harris. The series was filmed in Tulum, Mexico at the luxury villa Playaakun. This series it was revealed that the exes would have more power than ever before, as the "Tablet of Terror" continued to throw twists at them.
The first Celebrity series of Ex on the Beach and eleventh overall series began airing on 21 January 2020 with a 90-minute special, and concluded on 28 April following fifteen episodes making this the longest series to date. This series is billed as "Celebrity Ex on the Beach" based on the Brazilian version, it features a set of famous cast members. The series was filmed in Marbella.
The second Celebrity series of Ex on the Beach began airing on 15 February 2022. It is the twelfth series of the show overall. The series was confirmed in September 2021 when it was announced that filming had begun and would feature another full cast of celebrities rather than civilians. This series was filmed in Gran Canaria.
The third season of La Venganza de los Ex VIP, a Mexican television series from MTV and Paramount,It was originally scheduled to premiere in 2024 after being announced on November 3, 2023, during the Upfront 2024 event, where Paramount confirmed the show's release date via a content slate for 2024. However, the date was moved up. premiere on December 5, 2023. It is the fourth series of the show overall. It was filmed in September 2023 on an island in Cartagena, Colombia. It documents a group of singles enjoying a vacation while in each episode they compete one-on-one with their ex-partners.
