Experienced II: Embrace Tour 2013 Budokan(EXPERIENCEDⅡ-EMBRACE TOUR 2013 武道館- EXPERIENCED II -EMBRACE TOUR 2013 Budōkan-) is the second live album by Japanese electronica/rock duo Boom Boom Satellites. Released on November 6, 2013, the album and video pack consists of a recording of the last stop of their partially cancelled tour to promote their most recent album Embrace .
Electronica encompasses a broad group of electronic-based styles such as techno, house, ambient, jungle and other electronic music styles intended not just for dancing.
Rock music is a broad genre of popular music that originated as "rock and roll" in the United States in the early 1950s, and developed into a range of different styles in the 1960s and later, particularly in the United Kingdom and in the United States. It has its roots in 1940s and 1950s rock and roll, a style which drew heavily on the genres of blues, rhythm and blues, and from country music. Rock music also drew strongly on a number of other genres such as electric blues and folk, and incorporated influences from jazz, classical and other musical styles. Musically, rock has centered on the electric guitar, usually as part of a rock group with electric bass, drums, and one or more singers. Usually, rock is song-based music usually with a 4/4 time signature using a verse–chorus form, but the genre has become extremely diverse. Like pop music, lyrics often stress romantic love but also address a wide variety of other themes that are frequently social or political.
Boom Boom Satellites were a Japanese electronic music duo consisting of guitarist and vocalist Michiyuki Kawashima and bassist and programmer Masayuki Nakano. While their music can be mostly classified as big beat or nu skool breaks with heavy jazz influences, they are famous for the heavy usage of electric guitars in their music, and the final product often has a strong rock or punk influence. They were signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan, with whom they had released all of their albums in Japan.
In late 2012, Boom Boom Satellites prepared to begin a tour to promote their 15th anniversary together as well as their album Embrace . [1] However, in December of that year the band revealed that vocalist and guitarist Michiyuki Kawashima had the early stages of a brain tumor and had to prepare for surgery. [2] Bassist and programmer Masayuki Nakano revealed that his bandmate had a history of brain tumors, with their writing and recording sessions often interrupted by Kawashima's health issues, but this was the first time that they ever had to cancel concerts. [3] [4] They ultimately decided to play the last few shows of 2012 and cancel much of their planned national tour in 2013, although they left the possibility of several shows in April and May 2013 as possible. [5] Their concert on May 3, 2013, was planned to be their first ever solo concert at the famous Nippon Budokan. [6] In February 2013, Nakano revealed Kawashima had been released from the hospital and they were writing songs, again. [7] In a later statement, the band revealed that they were cancelling all but their Budokan concert. [8]
Embrace is the eighth studio album by Japanese electronic/rock duo Boom Boom Satellites. Released on January 9, 2013, Embrace serves as the band's 15th anniversary release. Songs on the album include their single "Broken Mirror" and the song "Drifter", which was used in Sony's Xperia commercials. The album will also be sold in a deluxe edition that contains a DVD and a USB flash drive. JPU Records released the album in the UK, Europe and Russia on 2 September 2013. The CD version from JPU Records contained an exclusive remix of Snow.
A brain tumor occurs when abnormal cells form within the brain. There are two main types of tumors: malignant or cancerous tumors and benign tumors. Cancerous tumors can be divided into primary tumors, which start within the brain, and secondary tumors, which have spread from elsewhere, known as brain metastasis tumors. All types of brain tumors may produce symptoms that vary depending on the part of the brain involved. These symptoms may include headaches, seizures, problems with vision, vomiting and mental changes. The headache is classically worse in the morning and goes away with vomiting. Other symptoms may include difficulty walking, speaking or with sensations. As the disease progresses, unconsciousness may occur.
Nippon Budokan, often shortened to simply Budokan, is an indoor arena located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. Budokan was originally built for the judo competition in the 1964 Summer Olympics, hence its name, which translates in English as Martial Arts Hall. Its primary purpose is to host martial arts contests and for a time was a popular venue for Japanese professional wrestling. It has hosted numerous other sporting events such as the 1967 Women's Volleyball World Championship and other events such as musical concerts.
The concert was streamed live online via Ustream with 360-degree viewing angles; [9] [10] this was later expanded to YouTube as part of YouTube Japan's Music Week as well as on Nico Nico Douga's live feature. [11] [12] [13] Following the concert, their performance of "Nine" was available on their website with the 360 degree view. [14] The concert was later shown on Fuji TV Next on June 21, 2013. [15]
YouTube is an American video-sharing website headquartered in San Bruno, California. Three former PayPal employees—Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim—created the service in February 2005. Google bought the site in November 2006 for US$1.65 billion; YouTube now operates as one of Google's subsidiaries.

On August 28, 2013, the band announced that they would be releasing the concert on an album due November 6, 2013, with a DVD or Blu-ray containing the live performances as well. [16] [17] The CD features 10 of the live performances, while the DVD or Blu-ray released with it features the concert's full 16 song set list. [18] The Blu-ray edition also comes with a 128-page booklet detailing the concert. [19] The digital edition of the album, called the "Complete Edition", released to the iTunes Store, Amazon MP3, and mora, features audio versions of the full concert.

When it opened, it was the only legal digital catalog of music to offer songs from all five major record labels. As of June 2013, iTunes Store possessed 575 million active user accounts, and served over 315 million mobile devices, including Apple Watches, iPods, iPhones, Apple TV and iPads.
mora is an online music and video store for the Japanese market. It is integrated into the Japanese version of Sony's SonicStage software and is now the official store for their Walkman devices.
