Football Club Uzhhorod is a Ukrainian professional football club from Uzhhorod previously competing in the regional competitions of Zakarpattia Oblast and Ukrainian amateur competitions.
The club was founded in 2015. [1] It is the third attempt to create a city football team in post Soviet Ukraine in Uzhhorod. The first time it was made in 1995 by Mykola Sydor, but the team only existed for a single season. [2] In 2011, the second team actively existed for couple of season on initiative of the president of the Uzhhorod city football federation Viktor Kachur. [2] [3]

Uzhhorod is a city and municipality on the Uzh River in western Ukraine, at the border with Slovakia and near the border with Hungary. The city is approximately equidistant from the Baltic, the Adriatic and the Black Sea (650–690 km) making it the most inland city in this part of Europe. It is the administrative center of Zakarpattia Oblast (region), as well as the administrative center of Uzhhorod Raion (district) within the oblast. Population: 115,449.

MFC Metalurh Zaporizhzhia is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Zaporizhzhia. Reestablished in 2017, it is a "phoenix club" of the original Soviet factory team Metalurh that existed in 1935–2016. The original club holds several historical records of the Soviet football, particularly while participating in the Soviet second tier. The club has the highest number of seasons spent in the Soviet second tier as well as the highest number of tournament points it earned. The club also is a three-times champion of Ukrainian republican competitions.
Football Club Hoverla Uzhhorod was a Ukrainian professional football club based in Uzhhorod. Following the end of the 2015–16 season it was expelled from the Ukrainian Premier League because of debts to players. It then ceased to exist.

Munkacs Football Academy Mukachevo is a Ukrainian football team from Mukachevo, Zakarpattia Oblast. The club was formed in 2005 as the children and youth football club "Mukachevo". The club represents the Hungarian diaspora in Ukraine and is supported by Kisvárda FC from the neighboring city of Kisvárda, Mukachevo's twin town.
